Where to start...
1) Missing 1 Regional Upgrade for some odd reason. According to reservations it was used on a flight I took Sunday even though I never selected to use one. I assume since I had to check-in over the phone since the webpage was hosed up the reservationist for some reason applied it. Took me an hour on the phone with the 1k line today and an email for them to start working it...
2) My EQM for the year was zero'd out however my number of segments is still correct. I've taken 3 flights since last Friday (the switch) and the miles are adding to my total but not my EQM. I was told this will be fixed this Saturday when they switch over the entire system...
3) My Y code share tickets keep showing 0% towards EQM when I get automatic upgrades. Today was switched to R for 100%, not 150%, and my flight Tuesday is R also but is 0%. A glitch with the page? Impossible to tell since my EQM is still 0...
4) The two times since the switch-over I entered the Red Carpet Club and was told I wasn't a member. Took 5 minutes for them to verify my membership even after I showed them the card...
5) 4+ hours on the 1k line for assistance with 2 flights and my account troubles. Seriously, test your IT systems and train your people properly. UA should be firing the CIO for this.
