As I said before, IF you actually completed the survey, they will credit you the $$. They audit the projects after the fact. I wouldn't worry. The one survey I did not get credit for due to a technical error was credited to me a few months later, at double the original amount.

I'm glad you've had good luck but I haven't when completing high value ($7.50+) surveys. As I track my completed surveys and rewards, this is NOT an isolated instance but seems to be re-occurring issue. When you get the congratulations survey complete message AND the survey critique, one could suppose the reward credit has been earned. Apparently, not so! Are you affiliated with E-Rewards?

Lol. No. Go look at my post history in this thread.

I had a very long survey yesterday and decided to do it since I was on a lengthy phone call. 20 minutes into I got a message the page couldn't be loaded and the previous page button wouldn't work. Survey wasn't available from the menu and when I went to the invite email and clicked on the link it wouldn't load. Pretty irritating seeing the time I spent and I gave out quite a bit of good information about my finances

Ha, I got quite a few of those at the end of last year. I actually finished one hoping for a $$ mistake in the description. Unfortunately, wasn't a mistake, got credited the $1.25 for 45 minutes of my time... :D

I had a similar experience three days ago. It took me an hour to get to the end of a $20.45 survey only to get a 404 error page after hitting the final submit. That was my first real bad experience with e-rewards and am still quite annoyed by it. Of course this had to happen for the highest $$ reward I have ever attempted..

You should be contacting E-Rewards and getting the points/money for that. That's what I do, and they usually pay up.

I was offered a 50 point survey for 45 minutes yesterday. I just closed the window :)

I will usually click, figuring that I will likely be quickly disqualified anyway. If I don't get disqualified, I can always just quit if it is too long and boring for the amount of compensation.

Welcome to the E-Rewards Club of folks who aren't credited with high $/dollar rewards after full survey completion. I've experienced the same exact situation you experienced many times so it's not a one time occurrence and it gets to be very frustrating. You might just start seeing more and more non-payments for completion of high dollar rewards like I'm experiencing. As usual, YMMV-------

Could be worse. I could get more canned soup surveys... ;)
Yeah, I'm not stressed about it. Of course, if this would happen regularly I probably would be. We will see what the e-Rewards people have to say about it.
I'm actually enjoying a lot of the surveys so I'll keep on doing that.

Can anyone post if they have redeemed to either Avios or BAEC in the last few weeks and the points have credited to accounts without the intervention of BA or erewards please.

jgxtrav1 Apr 16, 2016 5:00 pm

Anybody convert eRewards $ into Hertz points lately (i.e. this month)?

I have been doing this for my account and my wife's account for a while now on the 1st day of every calander quarter (i.e. Jan 1, Apr 1, Jul 1, and Oct 1 in 2015 as well as Jan 1 in 2016) and they have always posted with in 5-7 business days (even though the confirmation says it may take 6-8 weeks). But, as of today (Apr 16), neither of the ones I did for Apr 1, 2016 have posted yet.

Thanks!

Same foe me. The email from e-rewards says 6-8 weeks, but last time it took only a few days for me.

Wind Power Apr 16, 2016 10:25 pm

Good news for BAEC redemption, I got my 1,000 avios today (redeem on 3/March), without contact e-rewards / BA that just wait.

Bad news, redemption period should be around 45 days now. No problem if you don't need those points urgently.

Got my 1000 avios mid-week after 34 days... my relative got her after some 25 days...

Tilly71 Apr 17, 2016 7:38 am

So this morning my BAEC avios 2000 points have finally credited after 33 days, been 25 days since an Avios redemption so looks like will have your wait another week.
Atleast they are being credited without the need for erewards to intervene! 😆

I've been doing the same - or at least close to it.

I redeemed for my husband around the 1st and still no Hertz points. I did mine last week and it's the same.

They had been posting in about a week.

cblaisd Apr 17, 2016 1:25 pm

I'm the same boat re Hertz.

Sent a message to their CS, they replied that someone will get back to me, still waiting.:(

Hairbus380 Apr 19, 2016 8:34 pm

An IHG redemption posted within twelve hours today. FWIW.

Still waiting for my accor redemption from March.

Spock Seat Apr 20, 2016 12:34 pm

Got a couple of $2.50 surveys asking me for 35 minutes of my time on each. Hmm....I picked the $0.25 option. Great work E-Rewards!

mh4ll Apr 20, 2016 2:24 pm

What is the latest on e-Rewards expiration policy? I couldn't find anything straightforward on their site and the posts on here are pretty old.

One year as far as I know.
http://www.e-rewards.com/termsandconditions.do
Under the Termination tab it says

We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time, immediately without specifying a reason, or if:
  • You have been inactive for 365 days or more
  • You are in breach of these terms

Your account termination will result in your panel currency being deleted.

Smiley90 Apr 20, 2016 8:17 pm

my AS transfer took literally like 5 days, i'm impressed

e-rewards keeps thinking I'm a doctor because I work in health-related academia, so I keep getting pretty lucrative 1$/min surveys.

Tilly71 Apr 24, 2016 6:57 am

Avios redemptions appear to be back to normal, my last redemption has taken 4 x days to hit my BAEC account.

Mary2e Apr 24, 2016 9:39 am

I'm still waiting on 2 hertz redemptions - Since the 2nd for one account and the 12th for another.

cblaisd Apr 26, 2016 6:47 pm

Same here. Did my usual quarterly redemption on April 1.

monahos Apr 26, 2016 7:39 pm

Hertz and Flying Blue are the only e-rewards partners which have ever misplaced a redemption for me in the past 8 years. Didn't bother to chase them up.

Added to the fact Hertz sneakily started not counting e-rewards as validity-extending activity last year, resulting in the loss of >3k points, I no longer redeem to either, nor rent from Hertz

Anyone recently getting email links to surveys and they don't work? The last few days I have received quite a few survey invitations, today I was online and my hotmail informed me of a brand new survey invitation, I clicked on the link immediately and nothing?
Previously nearly everytime I had a survey invitation it would go through to a survey so not sure what's happening at the moment.

It may be that they filled their quota, so by the time you clicked the invitation, they'd already filled it. Happens to me occasionally.

I clicked an old email today and got a 400 point survey, which was great :)

Tilly71 Apr 28, 2016 1:12 pm

My concern was virtually immediately as I received a survey invitation email I clicked through to nothing - surely the quota couldn't of been filled in seconds or maybe they send out invitations in batches and my batch was last?
I get some really good point surveys by clicking through lots of old survey email links. Its something I do routinely when I get no invitations or daily orange available survey buttons do not go anywhere.
Strangely in the last few days I'm getting no survey invitations in the day but after 6pm getting atleast 3 really good pointers usually averaging 1k altogether..😊

Can't help you there. I'm still getting surveys on the site that, when I click the 'start survey' button, immediately change to an invitation for a different survey. It's just become part and parcel of the system. As long as I complete at least one survey a day, I'm happy.

That is nothing compared to how long some of us had to wait for avios.

Tilly71 Apr 29, 2016 6:39 am

Agree, most of us recently have had to wait up to five weeks for avios credits.

I haven't bothered to write because I'm sure at this point they would just fall back on the boilerplate in the redemption email that says 6-8 weeks.

Yes, that's entirely possible. I contacted e-rewards a while back after having a similar experience, where I clicked on the link as soon as it hit my emailbox and was told the quota was already filled. E-rewards told me that they do send the invitations out in batches, so if you're one of the later ones, you may in fact receive the email after the survey has already closed.

Thanks, it's still happening which is really frustrating to click immediately on a survey link to find unavailable.
I'm hitting a drier spell the last three days, virtually all orange buttons go to no available surveys and finding new surveys appear using old survey email links after 7pm?

beachmouse May 4, 2016 11:26 am

I just got a survey about '650 Opinion Points' if I complete an online diary, and they'll send me the link in a few days. How does that convert to the US 'dollar' points? Wondering if it's worth it if it does show up.
