I just got my points. It took a month of back and forth with quite a few boilerplate emails to answer my questions, but in the end, they credited me the points. Maybe they just got tired of me...

If your account is in the US, thatīs an error, so you may not receive them. Otherwise, itīs $6.50.

I redeemed some money for points about a month ago. Seems this company e-rewards really SUCKS. I haven't received my points. Usually they post right away. Every time I inquire, they don't answer me and ignore my emails. Is this the norm for these morons?

Mixed experiences in the last couple of months. Awards that usually take a week or so have taken a month to appear. It's improved recently, but I would hang on until 30 days have passed and then contact the partner you earned the reward with. As you haven't got yours after a month, contact them now!

Speaking of points not showing up. It has been over a month and my Hertz points have not shown up. Hertz says to contact e-rewards. e-rewards do not seen to answer email.

My family has 3 Hertz accounts which have not received their Hertz points from eRewards redemptions done on April 1st, 5th, and 6th. We sent emails to eRewards yesterday (May 12) to inquire about those redemptions. So far we have only received the boiler plate response that they received the emails. Sure hope they resolve and post soon as my wife and I need them for an early June Hertz rental!

I did the survey and still havent received the points. Wrote to e-rewards and got a copy paste answer that wasnt relevant at all. It was only 25 April when it finished, although they did say they should post in 2 weeks. Will wait a little more and make a new enquiry if theyre not posted.

It states on the babyworld site that the survey is finished and to contact the survey provider if any issues with rewards.
They credited to entry survey immediately so I'm hoping we only have to wait another week.

Obviously the only airline redemption through this link is jetblue, but the hotel/rental car transfers are there.

Last night between 10 and 1030 EST I took a couple of surveys. They didn't credit until today, sometime today between noon and 3 EST. I got the credit, and that's really all that matters, but I don't know why they went from a system where things credited immediately (although sometimes required me to log out and then back in to see the credit) to what we have today. Today it's pretty inconsistent; one would think changes would be made to credit accounts more quickly, not more slowly ... tls

Does anyone know how many E-Rewards points you need to have enough for a Virgin Elevate award? The website only gives it in dollars.

I think E-rewards is having financial problems. As others have noted, surveys posted almost immediately and redemptions were hitting accounts within no more than 2 weeks depending upon the request date.

I redeemed for Hertz on April 1 - still nothing in the account. I emailed them yesterday and received a stock answer within an hour about all the things that *I* could have done wrong, including putting in the wrong account number and also reminding me that it could take 6-8 weeks. This answer also indicated they were closing my ticket.

I responded to reopen it, asked them to check the Hertz number (and gave them the account number) and again, told them it was nearly 8 weeks.

Something is not right there and I doubt I will answer any more surveys until I start seeing that they're honoring their redemptions on a timely basis.

I have not heard another word from them.

I haven't tried facebook.

I used the contact form on their website and received a response pretty quickly. I'm still waiting to hear anything from the reply to their response.

Don't bother with their facebook page. The only posts there are from e-rewards. I tried posting something and it goes into a review queue. I suspect it will never see the light of day. I have to read through the responses to see if anyone is complaining. But I doubt it.

No Hertz points and no reply to my email asking about them. Did anyone email them and say others have the same problem?

Sorry to hear about the problems others are having, but I don't think they're generally freezing redemptions due to financial problems; more that they are messed up with some of their partners (for reasons unknown).

Reason for saying this is I did a United redemption mid-week and it went through immediately, as usual.

Best of luck for the people whose redemptions are snarled.

Does eRewards remove redemption partners from individuals for some reason? I used to be able to redeem for Southwest but I no longer have it. I don't have Avios either. For the travel category I only have these options.

American Airlines
Choice Privileges
Club Carlson
Hertz
Hilton HHonors
IHG Rewards Club
La Quinta
Le Club Accor Hotels
Wyndham Rewards

None of these are particularly appealing to me.

It does happen sometimes - depending on the relationship between eR and the partner at the time.

I wish I had Hertz on mine :(

How did you sign up for e-Rewards? Could be you had some other airline offers you weren't supposed to before if you signed up through American and they finally 'fixed' it for you.

I don't know how I signed up but I think it was HHonors link because I can get 7k points with $125 erewards.

I think E-rewards is either going out of business or has fired me as a customer. No reply to my many emails inquiring about my Hertz points not posting. It has been 2 months now.

I know I signned up via Hhonors (a long, long time ago) and I get 7k for $100 e-rewards. So either e-Rewards does not offer a cost break for newer people who sign up through Hilton, or you did not sign up with Hilton.

With all this talk about E-Rewards difficulties, I redeemed $100 yesterday for 4000 Choice Privileges points. This morning, the points were in my Choice account. Very speedy!

If you had signed up through Hilton, you would have had HH as the only hotel partner and all the airlines. As I see only AA as an airline partner and all the hotels, it seems you signed up via AA and everything is in order. Why you had Southwest I don't know, but it may have been some irregularity which is now fixed.

PS Or you signed up via US Airlines, it disappeared and they gave you some other airlines as a bonus, which ended?

Speed varies. HHonors works literally overnight. BA Avios took six weeks.

I do not think the issues upthread point to fiscal problems at eRewards. I think they point to overwhelming back-end complexity with this laundry list of redemption partners... and a company in way over its head.
