Mine and wife's Hilton account balances look to have jumped by 7000 points each today. We were both owed a redemption from October. Neither account shows the credit in the activity yet, but I'm pretty sure they've finally arrived in the balance.

Anybody else having delays in receiving Alaska redemption? Already entered the 4 week since I redeemed, never experienced such long delay.

No, my last redemption a few days ago took only 24hours unlike Hilton - still waiting on a redemption from Oct. 26th 😟

Same here. I contacted both E-Rewards and Hilton in the past week. The first didn't reply, and the Hilton rep said she'd open a ticket. The transfer finally took place in time for another one coming up in five days.

Same here, October redemption posted 19/12 - probably they fixed the issue of "old" redemptions not posting.

Now appearing in my activity. Hopefully those who made manual claims will get two lots of points :p . I couldn't be bothered to start the tennis match between e-rewards and Hilton with me as the ball, so glad they posted in the end.

Hilton points posted over night. I have to say Erewards were very responsive to my emails as they always have been over the years.

Is anyone else waiting on southwest rapid rewards points? I redeemed 12/13 and still no posting, typically they post the following tuesday as long as you redeem by midnight est monday evening.

I redeemed for Southwest Rapid Reward Points on 12/14....still havnt posted to my RR account as of 12/20, I sent E Rewards an E-Mail, and got a generic response that they are "away for the Holidays" and will look into this beginning in January....(Gimme a Break!! its an electronic transfer..)

How do you change the verified phone number?
 
With the old website it was possible to change phone numbers under the account settings, but I can’t find a place where I can do that in the new website. Also, I prefer not to use my personal cell number. I have both a Skype number and an old google voice number (which still works). Can I use one of those for this purpose?

I had the same issue - just write to them via the website contact pages, they'll either ask some account details to reset the phone number or just reset it without asking the details. Then next time you redeem just enter the new number.

Bear in mind they will either text or call the # you give, so you will have to have access to get the call when they call

While we are tweaking a few things to optimize the brand-new website, some reward options may not be available for redemption straight away. Don't worry, this is just temporary. Do keep an eye on your account rewards section, as all your favourite reward partners will gradually be made available again.

That’s their boilerplate answer. Wait a week or two and if still nothing, reply to their mail asking for updates. The new website went live like two months ago...

GEE...I redeem my E-Rewards "currency" for Southwest Rapid Reward points....upon redeeming them, they usually post to my Southwest account within a few days for the past few years... For December I redeemed "E-Rewards currency on Dec 14th, 2019... and as of Dec 28th they have not posted... I e-mailed E-rewards and got a response they are "away" for the holidays and will look into this in January.... Today 12/28 without sending another inquiry, I get another e-mail from E Rewards stating my "points" will post within 6 WEEKS....THATS a loooong time to take them to post...Anyone else seeing this for Southwest Points??

That's a standard reply, a quote from the T&C and means nothing (actually means up to 6 weeks). All of the redemptions say 6 weeks and usually post within 1 week

Is anyone having a problem logging in?

i keep getting incorrect login when I try and login. It’s strange as I’m still able to take surveys and when running award wallet I can see the points adding to my account so the login is working for AW but not on my device.

Interesting, I personally did not have this issue, but I know someone else who is. So you are not the only one. So far, from they said, it has been spotty, in and out.

One positive, unannounced (unintentional?) change is that the monthly redemption limit for BA is gone. In December I redeemed 3x and all posted (always by next Tuesday morning)

I'm going to jinx myself here, but yes. I'd say about 10% of the time I get kicked out after supplying what I consider to be substantial input (text answers, reactions to a video, my thoughts about various businesses). That's rotten but I'm retired so I have more time. If it helps- I seem to do best in the finance-related ones (I've got a lot of investments) and the ones on my habits with my laptop, mobile phone, smart TV, etc. Other categories may be worse at awarding points.

They have started some additional checks at redemption time. Now when trying to redeem it says to check that the account number belongs to that name and does not let me. Which is strange, as I have sucessfully redeemed more than 10 times using the same account information. Not sure what is going on.

A couple of times I actually finished the survey (I was thanked for it) but was redirected to the "you didn't qualify" e-rewards page. Other times at the end "a few classification questions" , ie the actual survey was already finished and got kicked out.

Annoying, but for the equivalent of 1-200 airmiles I'm not ready to spend time escalating the issue.

Mine also....same date..... e -rewards keeps replying saying it'll NOW take up to SIX WEEKS to post to my account...Over the past few YEARS they would post within a few days....I sure like to know what is going on...

... and the 30 days redemption limit is back.

More annoyingly they want to send SMS code AGAIN, even though the account has been already "verified"

Has anyone noticed improvements with the HHonors rewards since e-rewards updated its web site? I redeemed for an HH award on Jan. 3, and am wondering how long I should wait before contacting e-rewards about it. In particular, my last stay with Hilton was from March. 16-19 last year, and I don't want my points to expire. Thx tls

I have had several of those recently...and a huge increase in getting notifications for surveys only to click on them and getting the no surveys available screen.

Had an interesting thing today. Must have been a survey for KeyBank. I was asked a few questions and then asked to watch a commercial clip and it was for Key. It told me to watch the clip and then click continue, watch the clipped four times and the continue button never came up, only the option to watch the clip again. Fortunately I only wasted a couple minutes on it.

On a positive note, the $25 Amazon gift cards are back in stock.

Getting a lot of that too - also on the UA airline survey site, which now has the same interface.
