I am having the same issue with a Best Buy $25 gift card. Redeemed thanksgiving week to use towards the $80 offer for a $100 Itunes gift card thanksgiving weekend and the email said I'd have the card in 24 hours and nothing so far (in the past I would get the e-gfitcard almost ummediately after redeeming) and have heard nothing back. I'm a little pissed because that's the only thing I wanted the best buy card for, wish they would just refund the points.

Just spent about 10 minutes on a survey about my current and planned cruise trips and then kicked out. :-(

It seems that more and more often I have to complete several pages of profile questions with no point value to get to an actual survey.

catdad Dec 10, 2019 3:23 pm

Add me to the list! This is week 6 following my November 1 redemption, and Hilton Honors points have not posted. I emailed e-Rewards, who are to "investigate and reply back afterwards."

Over the 6 week mark, 2 Erewards emails received so far saying similar. Here's hoping the points appear. This is getting annoying having to chase Hilton points (at least my 3rd lot I have had to chase up on), think I might stick to AS rewards or just do less surveys.

beachmouse Dec 11, 2019 3:49 pm

I hope I'm not jinxing myself but my USA-based account just got migrated to the new site and I not only got BA back in stock, I now see the 2000 Avios redemption option for the first time

Edit- I did jinx myself- no more Flying Blue redemption for me. Any other USA folks on the new site still have it?

Kremmen Dec 11, 2019 4:40 pm

I'm seeing the new site, with most airlines removed.

BA, Iberia, Alaska and American all gone for me.

jamesteroh Dec 11, 2019 5:18 pm

The two favorite rewards for ,e are Starbucks and a,axon and both are out of stock.

Athena53 Dec 11, 2019 5:37 pm

I've still got airlines including AA. Fast check shows same level of points required for redemption on AA and Hilton, which I use most often.

Yes! Came here to see if I was the only one with the problem. I've tried different devices cleared cache/cookies. Thanks for posting👍

Add me to the club. Hope this gets resolved soon. I’m still doing surveys in the meantime. Hope they still get credited.

I am seeing the new site for the first time, and British Airways is back in stock, so I am happy.

Oxon Flyer Dec 12, 2019 5:52 am

UK-based, from the new site :

Hilton : requested 4 Dec, credited 11 Dec.

BTA Dec 12, 2019 9:16 am

I reset my password, and regained access

Update: email today advising issue has been escalated "to our partners".

Still can't log in to the account & I'm also approaching a 4 week wait for another survey reward (diary) I have not received. The Grinch has struck.😜

Similarly, I redeemed last week and have the HH points in my account today. I am still missing one batch of HH points from the most recent redemption before last week though...

I have stopped for this very reason. Months and months of surveys trying to get from $93 to $100. Only to keep getting kicked out after more and more questions.

I blocked the emails (several a day) and went on with life.

No longer worth the effort. It was good while it lasted.

New website

I just logged in to the new site. You can now see surveys on the home page (my wife and I each have six waiting for us), and they are not necessarily the same as the ones for which we received emails. Our experience is that some of the redemptions required two-factor authorization (six digit code via text message) before processing, but not sure if that was happening before the change. One significant and unhappy difference: Apple, Best Buy and Hertz rewards, which used to be limited to one redemption every calendar quarter, now say one redemption every 90 days. Very annoying to me, as I just redeemed for Hertz and Apple and had planned to do it again in January. We'll see what happens when I try again next month.

Send them a message. I did, and they sent me an email with a link for resetting my password, and that let me in.

I think their new site is simply rejecting passwords that don't match their current requirements. My old password was simply six letter, no numbers or caps.

That happened to me twice in a row. On the first one, after the survey said complete, I got an e-rewards page saying I didn't qualify. On the second one, after the survey (a long one) said complete, I got the page saying they had enough responses. I sent them a message about this, but have only gotten the auto-reply so far. The first one was only $1.00, but the second one was a large reward, so I was very annoyed. It was an interesting survey, though, from a university about discerning whether news items were accurate.

Added: Once I was able to check my account, I found that the first survey had credited, despite the message, and they sent me an email telling me that the second survey quota had been met while I was taking it. Because it was so long, they credited me the $4.00, so I'm satisfied.

crombiestone Dec 12, 2019 8:09 pm

After 12 weeks waiting and 2 previous refusals to manually credit from Hilton ,a CS representative (and fellow E Rewards customer luckily ) agreed to manually credit my redemption from 12th October :) . I have just claimed my next HH redemption , hopefully this one will post correctly !

Flying Misfit Dec 13, 2019 9:40 am

To those struggling to log in, I have also had the same issue.

The only workaround I have found is when you click on a new survey from an email invite, press on one of the links below when the page opens like terms and conditions or privacy, then press 'sign in' and voila ... it lets you in.

Not sure what is going on but hopefully that allows some of you to get in and claim those points

Thanks. I had the new site & had had a new password. I sent them an email, hopefully I will hear back soon.👍

Did you go directly to Hilton for the manual credit? Thanks.

Yay, got back in. 😁 Still no Hilton points, the wait goes on ........

beachmouse Dec 15, 2019 11:40 am

I sent an e-mail/message asking about losing Flying Blue as a redemption option and e-Rewards' response was that I was still listed as eligible to redeem for FB and that if maybe I tried moving the award prices slider to max it would reappear. (It didn't.)

I'd suggest anyone else who lost award partners in the move to drop e-rewards a note and let them know what appears to be a technical glitch is going on for some/many users.

The_Bouncer Dec 16, 2019 2:18 am

I just got an invitation from Virgin Velocity, which is registered to an Australian address.

My UK account has been useless for some months now, as I can't get into a single survey (I am clearly unofficially banned).

Is it worth starting again with a new account?

ShopAround Dec 16, 2019 10:46 am

I got the new website today. Same old crappy, scammy e-rewards. I just completed around 90% of a survey about Emblem Health and it screened me out at the very end. :td:

You must use Australian IP address to do surveys and Australian phone number to redeem. You can at least try and see which programs you have available.

bswiz Dec 17, 2019 7:32 am

I'm seeing the new site and one improvement - I can now redeem $65 rewards for 2000 BA Avios. Previously the max option I had was $35 for 1000.

I agree- the front page is slicker but the stuff behind it hasn't changed much. The "dashboard" now lists surveys available but, as with the e-mails, frequently they're closed when I click on them. I still seem to be able to get more surveys after they claim to have none by going back and clicking on old "You Have a Survey" e-mails.

And does anyone have any idea what value the "levels" and "badges" are? I see that I'm now a "Diamond Member" and supposedly I will now get "tailored survey invitations". I have no idea what that means.

Edited to add: the frequency of those irritating "Questions to find you a survey" sections with no e-Rewards $ seems to have increased- and yet I get surveys where I'm kicked out because of factors that were included in my previous replies.

Ok, so that's a non starter. I wonder if it's possible to use the VA invitation to open another UK account?

neuromancer Dec 17, 2019 6:19 pm

Sometimes when you click the invitation link there's a dropdown list of countries to chose, but this depends on the partner. For Virgin Australia I suppose it's Australia only. From what I remember the hotel programs gave choice of countries. I haven't seen an active invitation for more than a year though

This is something all kinds of sites do these days - no doubt trying to "tie us closer emotionally" to the site. (ugh). And I've always found it means what a gold star on the forehead of a kindergartner does - nothing.

FullTimeFlyer Dec 18, 2019 7:30 am

I still have the old site, but Mrs. FTF's account is showing her the new one with the dashboard. It displays the purported topic of the survey (which usually seems to mean nothing) and the time required (often wrong), but not the survey's value - what you get for completing it. That's the part we care about, since there's no consistent relationship between time and value. What do others with the new dashboard see. Does it display the survey value?

FTF

neuromancer Dec 18, 2019 10:36 am

yes, it does show the value in points (my account is not in the US)

ShopAround Dec 18, 2019 11:29 am

I've clicked on multiple surveys today that have all defaulted to this same page asking for my name and address. I can't figure out if this page is an error but I'm not giving them that information.

I've had a few surveys where the info is pre-populated. I've Xed out of them immediately. I've given correct info to e-Rewards but am getting increasingly uncomfortable with the amount of info they're asking for in their "free" questions.
