After one email to cs earlier this month and a response of "we'll research" my $25.00 bonus posted as "this month's other activity" on June 27.

The bonus points for both my wife and myself posted today under American Airlines News.

Glad to see that they have fixed their system.

I was about to report that I had several e-mail exchanges with e-rewards about the double rewards, the last one had taken place about 3 weeks ago. After seeing what other have posted here about the "fix", I check my account and found $75 posted, which sounds about right for surveys I have taken since April.

I've sent 2 emails to CS already - they responded to the first one, but that was a month ago. Got the "your points are expiring" email.... Any ETA on this - they really don't have their act together.

I just got a reply to my second or third e-mail. I would love to find out what eligibility was since I got the emails and the offer showed on my account. However, I will just be happy with the credit when it comes.

The e-mail that came today:

"Good Day,

Thank you for contacting e-Rewards. There was an error and you were not
originally eligible for the bonus reward offer. We had to manually add
you to the file; therefore your credit is taking longer than normal.
Thank you for your patience.

Sincerely,
xxxxxx
Member Services"

My account expired a few days ago, so I hope they credit soon as I only have until the end of this month to redeem them and who knows if they will be in stock.

me too

We've got several e-reward accounts. We've been doing some "high ticket" surveys lately. Have gotten full credit for them, only to have them cut (I've just recently started to go through the summary... wow.. now I'm going to start keeping track). We've also gotten an icon with a pinochio face, wonder if others have gotten this too. All of our accounts had been used to get aa miles and hh points. When AA was dropped we all got the notice about double points. Also go the email about gift cards. After inquiring about the bonus told that we weren't originally on "the list" (unfortunatley I just did some major housecleaning of old emails <had over 4K unopened dh gets alot of junk that can't be spammed out.). Luckily on DH they're inputting these by hand. I know we got e-mails for every account. Seems like it's the same for the gift cards too. Only 3 accounts have that offer now when a month ago they all did. I think they're starting to play games. I think I'll get a screen saver of the ones that have it now and hold it as back up. Seeing how this might have happened to others I'd suggest all to probably do the same if you're intending to redeem for gift cards.

Remember, you are only allowed one account per person. Any more than that and you can lose all your points.

Hi all! I've been following this thread, as my double bonus miles have not been posted either and I was hoping to get some feedback.

I was invited to join e-rewards via American Airlines, and have been a member for a few years. I've gone back and forth through 3 emails with "Adrian" regarding the posting of my rewards and was finally told that there was a mistake and I wasn't originally eligible for the bonus offer and that the rewards would have to be entered manually.

So, my question is....does anyone know....what are the eligibility requirements?

$25 today

Posted today to my account, $25 of "other activity" dated July 3.
When viewing details it shows the following instead of the July 3 "other activity."

6/27/2008 News Regarding American Airlines(R) 06/27/2008 e-Rewards Bonus $25.00

No idea what this implies, other than that they have given me one of the $25 bonuses for which I am eligible so far.

Take the time to read the most recent few pages and you'll have the answer!
