Has anyone seen a significant drop in e-mails from them?
My wife and I have not received a single survey in over 2 weeks. Even went into our preferences and made changes to see if that would help.
Double rewards don't do any good if you don't get any rewards.

I received a response to my email from e-rewards today. Here's what it said:
"Good Day,
Thank you for contacting e-Rewards. We understand your frustration. We
are doing everything we can to credit your account as soon as possible.
We are currently researching your account regarding the Double Bonus
reward offer. We apologize for the delay and hope to have this resolved
very soon. We thank you for your patience."
We shall see. tls

Might I suggest that you try reading a few pages of the most recent posts on this thread?

My wife and I are getting the same canned response as other posters:

So, how long should we wait before we reply to this boilerplate? I tend to err on the long side (speaking generally, not just re e-rewards), because sometimes the points/miles are credited. A month? tls

I've been waiting a few weeks since I got that letter. I am starting to get nervous though because my "membership" ends at the end of this month and I would like to be able to redeem the double rewards which are now up to $75. I plan to write them again tonight or tomorrow.

Anyone receive the double points based on their e-mails to E-Rewards?
My wife sent in a note the other day stating that the double points offer is showing on her home page but she has not received them. Today she received the same note that everyone else has received.
