OKay - now I'm really annoyed - they just deleted all of my 2600 points because I hadn't logged in for 3 months. COZ I WAS BUSY!
Is there any way of getting them back? Is there an email address I can write to? I didn't even get an email reminder like usual telling me I should update my account. |

The customer service telephone number to MCR is 1-866-674-2653. I think that calling them to plead your case is better and faster than email. Good Luck!!

Good news - i just called them. They put the lot back on. No questions asked. No excuses needed.

Just a quick FYI - Subway gift cards are back for anyone sitting on points and looking for something of value. The $10 card for 280 points, is a slightly better deal than the $25 card. Hope this helps someone burn off some of their points.

I can't believe they extended this dog of a program! First the devaluations, then the limits on claiming awards. There is nothing left of value and I don't see myself wasting my time entering additional codes (or buying more Coke products) when there is no return.

Omaha Steaks reward
Does anyone know if the Omaha Steaks reward is given in a gift card/code that is sent to your home (and therefore, not available for immediate use) or is it a code that they send to you immediately (much like the Delta rewards were) so that I can use it on a purchase today?
The rules seem to indicate that it would be an immediate code but there is a disclaimer stating that the code may not be received by Christmas. Looking to use it towards a gift for the in-laws. Thanks for your help. |
