my guess is that these will be 3 point drawings as opposed to collecting for awards or tickets to the games.

Although if DL awards do come out, people may want to burn their points on those awards even if you don't have any desire to ever step foot on anything that says Delta. you can always trade those codes (just don't input them into your account) on Coupon Connection. Right now its about the only thing that can be done from a travel perspective with these points unless they also start restocking hotel points. I know the DL awards are not there now but those seem to be the only ones that come and go at random. So if you are lucky, that is what I would guess would be the wise thing to do with your points unless you have other (categories) uses for these points

Actually, MCR miles are not "bonus" miles. They count as "miles" in your SkyMiles account. You are correct that they do not count as MQM miles. The difference--MCR miles will extend the 2-year mileage earning deadline to keep your account active (bonus miles do not); MCR miles will not count toward status.

Problems entering codes
 

Anyone else having problems entering codes today? The "enter codes" link seem to be dead or is it my computer. As of 4:26 pm est I couldn't get it to work.

I just entered 8 codes without a problem.

Just received an email from Coke mentioning discounted music downloads all this month. I'm thinking this is to attempt to combat Pepsi's new program that for every 5 codes from bottles you enter, you can download an mp3 from Amazon.com.

Just logged in to enter codes for today. No more "Travel Rewards". The entire section was gone.

That's odd... It was there earlier today when I logged in to enter codes, but now it is gone.

Seriously, the variety of shoes on the Adidas web site is pretty amazing, compared with what is available in a bricks-and-mortar store.

I just entered some codes, saw that, and wondered if anyone else had noticed it too. Hope it is only temporary!

just before my pre-noon EST inputs, there was the one AVIS award for 50 points.. let me rephrase, the one useless AVIS award..

as of 11:30 PM Central, they have removed the "Travel" section completely! Not even a category! Wow! I certainly hope the new reward launch comes soon otherwise I will have to rethink the whole Coke Rewards devotion thing...

If they don't replenish the travel awards, there isn't much to think about.. no use wasting my time with coke period
