Full Loss Damage Waiver (domestic)
Frequent Traveler benefits with Alamo's major airline partners
Over 550 participating locations to accommodate on-duty travel needs."

Lowered my 4 day base rate from $175 to $108. I don't see anything that says you have to show any ID either. combine with coupon ad3829mrb for another $25 off and my grand total is $107. outstanding!
This actually increased my MCO quote by $150. I'd also be wary of them honoring the LDW if there was an actual accident. The rules state that LDW is not included for leisure hire even if used correctly, and for official duty hire, there has to be proof provided. Using it incorrectly there's no proof, so no reason for them not to back out and not cover the car. And doing that, you might screw yourself out of covereage by other means like a credit card.

Has anyone used the Corp ID J3? Did you have to show any type of ID?

Anyone know Progressive Ins. discount code?

Does anyone know the Progressive Insurance discount code? I worked there for several years and I used to get great discounts. Back then our corporate travel department booked everything so I never knew the code.

Edit: For Hertz rentals...Apologies in advance if I posted in wrong thread.

You did. There is separate Hertz forum.

You've posted this same information in three different threads. Please just post once where it's most appropriate. Thank you.

For my June AUS 4 day rental, that code seems to the best. Any more info on it? Thanks.

Just FYI Corp ID 7012298 is for Maui Viajes. Asked Alamo if anything was required upon pick up, she said nothing required.

Got a good rate for a rental in July in Florida.

Several posters at the las vegas advisor forums reported that the kiosk would not work with maui code but no problems at the counter with it. I would have no fears using it...just my 2 cents

Had no problem with picking up my convertible in Long Beach using the Maui Viajes code 7012298. He asked if it was booked by my company since it had included LDW and I said no, a travel agent -- and that was it.

I tried using that Maui Viajes code 7012298 for a Hawaii reservation and it does not list any Jeep Wranglers. For comparison purposes, I have applied the code as follows.
Pickup: Honolulu Airport Shuttle Oct 30, 2009 14:00 (2:00PM)
Return: Honolulu Airport Shuttle Oct 30, 2009 11:00 (11:00AM)
Vehicle: Convertible

Without rate code (Contract ID 5000000)
Base Rate = $66.95 x 4 = $267.80 base total

With Maui Viajes code 7012298
Base Rate = $344.00 x 1 = $344.00 base total

Now using Island Air Corp ID 7014846
Base Rate = $56.91 x 4 = 227.64 base total

Now combined with any usuable coupon (I use the Costco coupon AD63637RM) and the price does down to $187.80 base total (before taxes and fees of course). No where on Alamo or Island Air does it say that I have to use Island Air to use that code. Although the CS might ask for the Costco membership card which is no problem on my end.

I've just used Coupon: AD62435KC ($25 off a weekly rental) to book a 2 week rental in Florida. Will I be asked to produce anything on collection of the car? TIA, F
