Here's a crazy idea: How about a Jew-Do in Mumbai, at the Beit Chabad, once it's rebuilt and restaffed?
Traveler Jews from around the world gathering there for a shabbat (then going out on the town), in rememberance of what happened last week. It sure could help the movement.
More complicated to organize than a DO in brooklyn, but why not?
