Qatar have confirmed the presence of a policy whereby if a customer booked a QSuites flight and subsequently gets an aircraft type swap can you request travel on an alternative flight, subject to availability, see post #2709 Previously this included change of routing, now it only includes changing the date on the same routing. QR issued tickets only!

I didn't find it too distracting, although I was more aware of my partner's screens than I am in, say, the center seats on a CX or AA flight in J. Personally, I wouldn't worry about it. But you can also opt for the DG seats, where the two of you are together in an enclosed suite but further away from each other. Or go for window seats, where you each are in an individual suite.

Does anyone know which of the CDG flights (77W or 359) is more likely to be fitted with QSuites a year from now ?
Are QR prioritising retrofitting 77Ws or 359s at this stage ?

As you mention the other screen is quite distracting at first. Then after 20 minutes I don't "see" it anymore. But you can always get the divider up if that really bothers you.

You're joking, right? If you're serious, then perhaps the better question might be what equipment is QR likely to be flying on the CDG route a year from now....

hello,
I'm trying to book DOH-BKK on 17 October.
Expertflyer shows Qsuite but Seatguru show old configuration ( I dont know about the official website it's not clear )
Dont wanna get screwed, better fly A380 if it's an old configuration

what's your opinion? Qsuite or not?
