Qatar have confirmed the presence of a policy whereby if a customer booked a QSuites flight and subsequently gets an aircraft type swap can you request travel on an alternative flight, subject to availability, see post #2709
Qatar Airways confirms new business class seatIt will (eventually) be across the fleet in B777s and A350s. There will be a new seat development for the B787s as this new seat can’t fit in the 787.
A video of the new Q Suite can be seen here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_yhZDsctiZg
Photos of the new Q Suite can be seen here - http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/28007634-post109.html
From TGFlyerGirl:
there are some quite complex rules entries around seat selection - but in essence, solo travellers as a guideline won't be assigned QUADS (they are blocked off), and it's generally for 3/4 pax families. Once a QUAD has been broken up (out of necessity - for example with a couple in the E/F seats), then the rest of the quad is unlocked and can be filled with individual travellers.
They've also made 1A/2B last offered to allow airport flexibility to handle last minute requests. The other 18 windows and aisles are free for reservation as per the normal process.
The bassinet position is 11B/J (77W) and 8B/J (A359), reduced mobility seats are 2/4/6/9 B and J.
All A/E/F/K's are backward facing, all B,D,G,J's are forward facing. Total 20 Forward/22 Backward.
Capacity:
77W: J42/Y312
High density 77W: J24/Y388
77L: J42/Y230 (probably going 3-4-3 in Y, from 217)
35K: J46/Y281
359: J36/Y247

You didn't answer about dates, so, again, checking random dates in early April, it is a 77W Qsuite, as I wrote before.
If you want to know if a specific flight or flights on a certain day or range of days is or isn't Qsuite, in my view the best tool is ExpertFlyer. It shows the specific configuration loaded by the airline. Of course, being QR, planes may change.

My May a350 DOH-FRA got changed to an older style 787-9 a few weeks back, it got changed today to a QSuites 777-300ER.
Expert flyer and Qatar site only showing 6 rows so looks like a v4, which I haven't seen before.

The config you've posted is a Q Suite config, appears to be the following:
From the fleet wiki: The Complete Guide to the Qatar Airways Fleet
Worth noting though it's highly likely at the moment that the plane / config will change by the time September rolls around (I booked a flight in May/June a couple of weeks ago and have already had two legs change).
Make sure you set up "aircraft change alerts" with Expertflyer to keep on top of it.
77P (777-300ER v3): QSuites in J, 1-2-1 config. WiFi. 42J 312Y (10 across Y) A7-BAC,E,F,G,I,M,O and BED,E,F,G,H,I,J,K,L,M,N,O,P,Q,R,S,U,V,T,W,X

I am on OneWorld award tickets DOH-ATL in May, 777 w/Q was swapped for a 777 old seats. Am I eligible for a change as an award ticket? I am guessing no since the issuing airlines (AA in this case) would need to make the change? Not very happy, had a choice of ATL or IAD, chose ATL, and now IAD has moved to A350 w/Q and I am stuck on the old 777.
