I got the BMO World Elite card a year ago when they had a Free First Year offer. One of the perks is four Priority Pass visits per year. I didn't activate the Priority Pass membership until part way through the year, and it is supposedly good for a year, but I'm wondering if it will still be valid for a full year if I cancel the BMO card. Anyone have experience with this?

Rewards Canada (and possibly others) point out this 60,000 point offer for Best Western Rewards MasterCard. $2000 spend required.
60,000 points can be redeemed for 12,000 Aeroplan miles. My preference is to convert to gift cards, though.
Seems like a great deal to me.

TD Visa Aeroplan Infinite is 15k points + 5K for authorized user ($50) with FYF. I fell asleep at the switch and didn't go for the 25k point offer FYF that recently expired. Not desperate for Aeroplan points right now so will skip the most recent offer.

That's why I said it's my preference, not my advice for everyone.
Yes, if you're looking to stay 2 nights in Europe, yours is probably a better deal.
Many points blogs talk about this card, and many recommend converting to Aeroplan points.
60,000 points = US $250, or about C $330, in Best Western gift cards.

They forgot to update/close the FRENCH version of the 50K offer, (or they want to attract more customers from Quebec?) :

Anyone care to pipe in on success of churning this card, let's say, at 6 months since cancelling last card?
