Will update if I find something better.

Good luck!
Thanks!
This is what I am eyeing off..

EDIT:
Booked..
Out on 1875 on the 767 Z class 440PQD
Back on 1285.. Paid more to be in A class 595PQD

Hmm, that yields only half PQMs because of the fare class it's being booked on. Yeah, unfortunately I have to book through United.

I am 2200 miles short of 50k with Air Canada. My home airport is YVR and I don't have any trips left for the year. I would love to get those last 2200 miles but having a tough time finding any deals. I'd like to pay under $300 if possible... Can someone help?

I need 3 segments on UA metal from ORD. Prefer <$100-200. Roundtrip is fine, but it can even be a one-way ticket (as long as there are 3 segments). I can easily get back to Chicago since I have an expiring one-way travel voucher on another airline. Prefer same day if possible. Please help! Can travel week of Dec 12.

You can try one of these:
ORD-DEN-MSP-ORD for $87- https://goo.gl/flights/Uwlx
ORD-MSP-DEN-ORD for $82 - https://goo.gl/flights/IXDR
ORD-MSP-SFO-ORD for $82 - https://goo.gl/flights/POJz

Do you have a specific date? You can check if YVR-SFO-BOS r/t works for you - https://goo.gl/flights/wFkw

I don't have specific dates in-mind. Preferably not an overnight if possible.

Thanks for the suggestion - Is there a way to see which fare buckets these fall into? I don't think the lowest United buckets give 100% qualifying miles for AC status.

Departure Airport: LIM
Miles Needed: 1991
Required Spend or Budget: Around $200 (needs to be bought through United.com)
Available Travel Dates: Dec 10 - Dec 24th
Required Metal or Codeshares okay: Codeshares ok as long as they're *A

Was checking BOG with Avianca but that was $500, and I only have a $200 ETC to spend. What do you think? Is this doable?

Are you sure you can use the ETC in that way? I looked up an old one of mine, and the first paragraph of T&C says:

Travel permitted on flights operated by United and United Express. It is not valid on flights operated by other airlines, such as United-Marketed code share and Star Alliance flights.

I read that as "only UA metal."

Click thru the link, and it should take you to United.com Once there, you can click "Detail" and it will show the fare bucket. Another way is to click on "Fare Rules and Restrictions" and it will be among the information there.

Sorry I am unfamiliar with AC program, and it's awfully hard to find info on *A earnings, so I can't say how this will post. However, as zoqfotpik's suggestion of YVR-SFO-BOS roundtrip is 7000 miles, even 50% will be plenty.

You can also check the mileage chart for UA on the Aeroplan website - here's the link: https://www3.aeroplan.com/earn_miles...Partner=United

Cheapest AC flights (tango fares) within Canada only earn 25%. Ideally, you want to fly between Canada and US to get most miles, this earns at least 50% mileage credit. I found YVR-IAH-AUS-YYZ-YVR, which is both intra-Canada and transborder flights. Make sure you check mileage before you book. https://goo.gl/flights/F42z

Long story, but I'm not actually using an ETC anymore. Anyways, turns out it was booking on Z fare, and the difference between Z (50% PQM) and P (100% PQM) is not that big, so I'm booking LIM>TRU>LIM>AQP>LIM, all on P fare, for around $260. Not bad at all!
