It is inot ideal for your schedule or airport. There is this possibility.

BWI-LAX-EWR-SJU-IAH-BWI, 9633 miles for $436, departing in the afternoon (5 pm) of Dec. 2 and return on the evening of Dec. 3.

I went to POS before. It is no fun to stay at the airport overnight. It is also not safe to go to town. If one really wants to go to POS, one can take a more expensive itinerary to spend the night on a plane. For example, IAD-BDL-ORD-EWR-POS-IAH-IAD is $380 for about 8000 miles. (searching IAD-ORD, 12/10, ORD-SJU, 12/10, SJU-IAD, 12/11) Good luck.

UA Salvage Gold

UAL is killing me this year. Although I have spent more than enough miles in the air, I have few miles toward status. At the least I hope to maintain gold. If this prices out in J, I could fly New Years trip as well.

My ideal scenario builds in a stay of about a week in southern Florida, SRQ would be the goal, or MIA wouldn't be bad.

Departure Airport: LON, others in nearby Europe could work
Miles Needed: 25k
Required Spend or Budget: spend n/a, budget $2200
Available Travel Dates: Early Dec
Required Metal or Codeshares okay: UA

You can get a flight to Florida for $600 or so, 8000 miles or so.
From Florida, you can go to TPE for a bit over $1000, 18000+ miles.
You can use google.com/flights to experiment with different cities and dates.
