Still nothing. Perhaps these are only twice per year now.

Marriott Concierge, where are the EEOs? All gold and platinum members repeat after me, I want my EEOs.

Hey, people, have a little patience!!
It's only 12 PM EST. So what if they are even delayed a couple of days or so, the major EEO certificate you are likely waiting for - the B1G1 Free Weekend Cert - can't be used until Friday at the earliest!! So, sit back and chill. They will come, no doubt, shortly. |
Thanks for your patience, everyone. I see we are to the close of the business day and the EEO's are not online. I do not know why but I will find out. My apologies to you, please stand by.

I'm usually very patient on these (detractors would say that I'm PAINFULLY, BLINDLY patient given this is a major benefit of the program), but I really want to use both a B1G1 room and meal certificate this weekend. Marriott already blew the other weekend a month ago I had planned to use them. Come on, Marriott--don't let me down again!

Thanks for the reply. The last two times I called the Gold line, I was on hold 10 minutes just to make a two for one reservation. Of course I had already priced it out on marriott.com, so I was just a click away from saving 10 minutes. The coupons do say something about being capacity controlled though.... but that's never been a problem for anyone?

I used to call for my EEO reservations, which is a pain since I make all my other ones via marriott.com. Then I started making the reservation online and calling the number to ask them to add the EEO notation. One time I saw what the notation was in the Marriott system, so now in the comments field of my online reservations I simply type "EEO cert for 2nd nt. free. Req upgrd pls." |

Thanks very much Chris. Mark |
Chris this is not a slam directed towards you-as you obviously are being strung along with the rest of us.
I just want Marriott to remember who voted for them in the 2006 Freddies-and who will probably not be voting for them this year. They do not show us the respect we would expect from a corner grocery store-and yet expect us to bend over and smile while they keep(explitive deleted)us by whittling down their customer loyalty program. |
Another business day is drawing too a close and still nothing!

When the new EEO's do finally come out, can they be used in conjunction with Bonus Bucks or Premium Pounds?
