I received mine last week as well. Haven't had any problems viewing them online either. Perhaps you should clear the cache on your 'puter or try a SHIFT-REFRESH on the page.

Upcoming four night long weekend (Check In Wed/Check Out Sun) that will allow me to utilize a Bonus Buck and an EEO B1G1 weekend night).

Got my EEO package in the mail the day before yesterday and luckily I had already printed out my backup online B1G1 (in case there's another case of mishandling/misplacing of the "more official-looking" coupon and charging me for what should be a free night).

Now, this is interesting.

I just signed in at Marriottrewards.com and not only is their no link that would take me to the online EEOs, but also there's evidence of (cosmetic) redesign.

I'm a Plat and that's the status that appears. However, while the upper rightt-hand corner of the screen contains, as usual, the capital "E" in script with the words "Platinum Elite" appearing with the usual "platinum-colored" background, it appears that they've been redisgning the webpage (and maybe omitted somethings in error).

For instance, the area in the center (where my name appears w/ account balance, # of nights and links to things such as "Account Activity," "Look Up Reservations," etc. etc.) is printed on a gold background, (not the usual silver-gray).

Also, the link that's usually marked "All Platinum Offers" (or similar terminology), the one that I use to reach the online EEOs is missing!

My prior post in this thread describes my efforts (obviously unsuccessful despite information to the contrary from Chris), to get them to address the major, much-discussed issue we've had with regard to EEOs.

MODERATOR: Perhaps you should consider editing the title of this thread so as to alert Chris to read it.

I just logged on Marriott.com, and I was able to access the EEOs by going to the link, browse Platinum offers, on the Marriott.com page.

I also received my mailed copy of EEOs over the past weekend while I was away in LA.

I had the same momentary upset the other day. The good news is that the offer link is still there, you just have to hunt for it in a new place. After you sign in, on the left hand side of the Rewards webpage, under the category of "Marriott Rewards", there is a link for "Platinum Offers". Click on the link, and you're there.

Thanks, gotcha!

Fooled me - terminology "Marriott Rewards" on links always connoted offers available to all members (M11s) and the Platinum (or Gold) offers you'd see on your personal page (after you signed in) were for the higher-level MR members (as an example, those that called for inclusion of code M12 when making online reservations).

Frankly I wish they'd have left well enough alone and if a change were to made it would have been the inclusion of "Hotel Processing Instructions" on both mailed and online EEOs.

How to find the EEOs OnLine

just got off with MR web Support.

1) Log-in

2) above the pic Click 'Deals'

3) Scroll down and below the pic on this page Click the Middle Button ' Show only Marriott Exclusive Offers' and Then click "Find"

4) You should be at the page now with all the EEOs etc.

It used to be so much better when I was able to get to it from my main log-in page.

You still can.

Just Log-In and look to the right where it says Browse Platinum Offers (or Gold offers, I assume) the link is under "View Account Activity".

Thats how I did view them. But that 'link' you spoke about does Not exist for me when I log-in.

The only thing near to that is under 'Use points' where it says 'Platinum Rewards' but the EEOs arent listed there!

So I suggest that anyone else who also like me doesnt get the link that NJUPINTHEAIR mentioned, follow the instructions I laid out in a few posts above this one.

What's wrong with the simpler solution I posted above yours?

Wow! That stinks. I wonder why that is the case?
