I'm still having issues in downloading past folios. The link is there but when clicked it just goes back to the original page. Yes, I know i can call th eproprty to ge tthem to resend but that's not the point.

To give credit where credit is due -- Coming into this as a Marriott loyalist, the Lurkers have been THE BEST part of the integration. I've had to reach out to them for a few issues and they've been great. I've also seen that things inside the ivory Marriott tower are completely hosed, and the Lurkers are put in a bad position when other departments aren't doing what they're supposed to. I truly feel for them -- they're trying to make right what the larger Marriott organization is getting wrong. Whatever they're getting paid, it's not enough.
Well... We can see what the Marriott IT kids have been up to over the past few weeks... This! Wow. I've wasted tons of time fighting with Marriott.bomb.
It's astonishing to me this site is so flaky even with revenue stuff, like you know booking rooms. I ended up booking on booking.com, how can you run a company like that? Cannot find additional comments/request button
Since the Bonvoy implementation, I can no longer find the area to add additional information or special requests (I do not recall what the entry box was called for sure). Can anyone tell me if this has this been removed, or am I missing it? I even went back into my reservations afterward to see if it showed then.

Future reservations not shown by envoy
Anybody else have this problem I was Ritz and with the envoy, my future reservations "not available" It does show the canceled ones.

Cannot See Account Activity
Since the start of the week I am unable to view my past activity in my account. My points total and stays are increasing as I can see this as stays / Amex points post, but I cannot see amounts.
Simply a message saying "We're temporarily unable to display the information requested" To make it worse my Ambassador cannot see the information either! Anyone else suffering a similar problem? |

I had a "can't view activity" spell for a couple weeks in February - went away magically. Typical piss poor Marriott IT. Should still show up in the app though.

I found it now; it is actually under "choose room features" when viewing the reservation. I did not see it when I booked, and I had clicked "edit" before.
