Anyone know if the limits (frequency) include ACH?
I got the "Debit not approved - call authorizer" error today but I am under 10K for the month (I am over 10k rolling and worked fine yesterday). Only thing I can think of is my ACH frequency puts me over? |

This error only means your gift card was declined by the machine. For over limit, your debit is approved, and then at the final step when it should print receipt, it will cancel the whole transaction.

Did 2x SS 409758 load in single txn for full 1K (500*2), no issues. Will try Vanillas later today/tomorrow - Bought Vanilla 409758 issued by MetaBank, serviced by InComm on 02/09 from Speedway using Barclays Wyndham Business Earner - Bought banana at WM for $0.26 on 2/11 - 3 minutes later did 1x swipe for $499 at WM MC on to Discover debit (no issues) - 3 minutes later split payment on WM SCO for remaining $0.74 on VGC. I'll try to do a 2x $499 load later this week |

1. I don't think it's the same. $500 swipes are much better if you can do them
2. More importantly, how was the banana? Yesterday I returned for the successful 2-swipe load.

Interesting, are one loads free?
That said I know of NOBODY who's hit the ONE card hard for a long period of time that hasn't been shut down. Nobody. It's not a matter of if, but rather when. And their customer service reps are horrible, English is a second language for all of them. |
Well, interesting DP.
WM1: MC-rep who say my SSVGCs: Sorry, we can't to that anymore. New memo circulating. WM2: Vanilla (Meta/Incomm) +SSVGC (Meta/Incomm) went loading just fine for 1K (500+500), Tried another load on different Discover account, 2x SSVGCs for 500 ea, and got Debit Not Allowed- Code 57 |

Yes, same register and back to back.
These were all Meta/Incomms. I haven't had a problem with them at this location (WM2) doing back to backs ever....but I suppose it could be velocity. Hopefully those 2 cards are not blocked now. Guess I will know tomorrow/Saturday |

How did folks liquidate a pathward-card replacement? Still need to spend less than full balance or make a small organic spend first? |
