ETA: Tried with a different card and got the same error. Have two pending transactions from GCM on this other card. One is a purchase and one is a refund for the same amount.

Had the same issue yesterday. Tried 3 times (with different cards), and saw 3 * 2 transactions on my bank (GCM $2000; GCM -$2000). Called today, verified name, phone, mailing and billing address, tried on a different computer: success. CSR did suggest to use Firefox and clear the cache...

I've been getting this error for months. I'm assuming I've been banned, but if you find a solution, I'd love to hear about it.

Of course one package arrived today, presumably and hopefully the oldest.

I was reading in here that people should call after ten days so admit I was getting antsy. Should that be from the estimated ship date or date I placed the order?

I've ordered 11.5k from 2/1-2/28 and I'm getting the message in the wiki since yesterday. I've gotten this in the past and waiting a few days usually resolves it. Hopefully thats the case, if not, I'm perma-banned I guess. I called them, and of course they are of no use/help. I tried in inprivate mode and no luck. The order before 2/1 was a $1k order on 1/17, so nowhere close to the 15k limit. The most I've ordered in 1 day is 1.5k, and usually space out orders 1-3 days.

Interesting. I have the same issue on my account as of this morning. I follow the same method. I'm going to wait a few days and then try again. What number are people calling to get this resolved? Tried 2 different cards and have the same 1.5K followed by -1.5K on pending transactions. Bummer... I wouldn't be surprised if they were doing some account purging since it seems many of us are having this issue. Spouses' account that has done less than 10K spend in total is still working. Not sure how this can profitable for them.

If anyone that has this issue currently (and is someone that is doing close to max per month) is able to get an order through please update this thread.

I never worry until it's 15 business days, so three weeks. During the holidays this can be especially true.

im in the same boat. $1500 every couple of days. When I attempt to place and order it doesn't go through not even a $1.00 on my cc. Staying under 10k might be the trick. Not sure why gift card mall is so strict

Has anyone been able to place orders in consecutive months? If so what is your monthly total and buying pattern?

Monthly total about 14k, 2 weekly orders.

Odd thing is I have a $1.5K pending on my A+ from yesterday. My Spark which I also tried did a 1.5K and then -1.5K immediately after. Today its not even showing under pending. Who knows. I'll try my spark in a couple days since it appears they at least don't take up my credit on that card if it doesn't go through. GCM seems to be a very odd bunch. Very poor on both the transactions and the delivery. It would be nice if they would just come out and tell people they are banned.

Contacting gcm is almost impossible.
