It could also be technical issues, especially if the same accounts are eventually able to order again shortly after having the issues. I'd think a purge would be an indefinite ban.

I got orders from 01/11 still pending, the only orders that were payable quickly are those that didn't track and I had to file a claim for.

Jan. 11 order went payable last week, though like Coolness said, that was an order that didn't track and had to be claimed.

Yes, I tried the next day and then a week or two later with different CCs and always get the same result. Tried with my wife's account and her cards too and always declined.

Peculiar. The 3/8 order I placed on my account tracked at 2% but my wife's from 3/4 did at 1.25%. Will be placing another on her account today, will see how that tracks. Interesting how it's different for the same product.

That really doesn't make any sense that one would be at 2% and then 1.25%. Maybe someone else will chime in on an order placed/tracked on 3/4. Honestly, its a bit surprising that these things are still tracking at 2% since it says VGCs should be 1.25%. If these things ever do go down to 1.25% I can't think of any reason to prefer GCM over GC.com
