I use TCB only as they have the highest payout and I'm thinking it's GCM's screw up, not TCB, but I have no way of knowing. |
GCM seems to be having technical problem.
Called yesterday night wanting to activate Staples VGC, say system is down. CSR said wait for 1-2 hrs then call back This morning, called again, get the same response :rolleyes: |
Anyone with delays moving to payable?
My orders always track (except for one recent Jan 13 order that many of us are missing). My problem is that they track, go to pending, a few slowly move to confirmed, but they don't move to payable. I have orders placed mid-November that are confirmed, and orders mid-December, late-December, mid-January and late-January that are still just pending. Does anyone know the algorithm/time frames to determine when status changes and things move to payable? I used to get turn around much faster. Anyone else feeling the pace has slowed down? |

Good to hear. The few times I've used them (for other sites) it has tracked as advertised. I'm just not a fan of a portal without a dashboard where you can't see any activity and history and have to resort to searching your inbox for previous orders, since they confirm them via email. I know the guy who set up Yazing had mentioned last year somewhere, as a reply to one of our comments, that they would eventually come up with a dashboard, not sure if they're still looking to do that. |
