Call their customer support and check what is going on. I got my refund about 1-2 weeks after partial order cancelling.

I have spoken to them multiple times since the order was cancelled. They say that the refund request was sent to level 2 and they are waiting on them. They say they can't speak to level 2 and they have to wait on them to complete the request.

I tried speaking to a supervisor too. They are no help.

Has anyone ever been able to reverse their "ban" from GCM? I've never ordered more than a couple thousand dollars in cards in a month, but now all of my orders get cancelled. On the other hand, their giftcards.com affiliate is happy to sell me cards.

You are atleast in better shape then me. I can't even get the orders to go through

Doesn't matter what email address, street address, ip, or anything I use.

I've even tried relatives info and can't seem to get them to work.
Anyone know what unique info they use to block people?

I've seen 6/7/9 weeks posted in my trackings the last month.

I am trying to order Simon 5Backs and I am getting the "Your order could not be completed because the transaction was not submitted correctly, or has been declined by the card issuer" message. The transactions were approved by Amex because I keep getting an "large purchase approved" emails from them. I tried both $3,000 and $2,000, incognito or not, and no dice. I do not live in an apartment building. Any ideas?

Yea don't do it. Simon Five backs take forever to ship.

Sorry if this has been asked, but does anyone remember what type of visa GC is sold here? US Bank, Bancorp, or Metabank? Thanks.

I have been reading the forum and there seems to be a different numbers being thrown around.... In early Jan I did a "big order" of 9k...no issues Is the max 15k per month? Is this per household or can you spouse place a big order too? I know some people have been banned and I prefer to avoid this problem... I look forward to hearing back from anyone who has done and either had a problem or had no problem. Thank you in advance!

Honestly, I wouldn't focus on this. I think I was "banned" for ordering $1500 in a month! Personally, I'd place an order under $2000 and see what happens. I probably wouldn't place more than twice that in a month. Logic would suggest ordering more than, say $5000, would increase your odds of being banned, but there's not tons of logic that's been shown regarding GCM's practices and procedures. You ordered more than 2x whatever I ever ordered from them in a month. We'll see what happens with your next order!

How long does it take for a missing claims ticket with TCB to process with GCM? Like many of ya'll I placed an order on 1/11 and another one on 1/12 (after the 1/11 CB hit) for the 2.5% CB... my 1/11 CB hit, but 1/12 order CB is missing...I did file a missing claims ticket a week ago.

You are in the identical boat I am in. Placed an order 1/12 (when 2.5% was advertised) and it tracked 1/17 at 2% and filed a ticket. Placed and order 1/15 (again, 2.5% advertised) and this one never tracked, filed a second ticket. I imagine there are a ton of people who are in this situation. I "nudged" TCB just this morning on both tickets but the 1/15 order I made that wasn't tracking at all is of bigger concern.
