Does the TCB CB work for the $500 Simon cards?

My orders (TCB) from November 2016 showing 2.5% (pending) and orders from December 2016 2% (pending).

How many weeks before clearing does it show next to your tracked orders?
Mine say 6 weeks.

Cards ordered on the 12th, received in LA today! The shipping label says Reno as opposed to Texas which is new :)

Every time I place an order i get a confirmation email, but then, in a couple of hours, another email that says that my order was cancelled due to security reasons. Called Customer Support, they have verified some information but say they have no clue why it is being cancelled and how to resolve it... Tried several times after that, still no luck. Did anyone have this issue?

very typical...CSRs have no clues & even the higher level in security all claim that it's due to the system

So TCB changes. I was about to do a payout, well actually see if there would be a bigger payout on AMEX.

Looks like, they disable the AMEX reward card payout, getting a message "Cashback from GCM cannot be withdrawn by this payout method"

I guess this is a recent change since I did one last month with a 6% bonus.

If you get the error, one thing to check is your address. I have an odd address, and some places don't accept it entered (they reject certain special characters). I have gotten the message multiple times. If you have an odd address, be sure it matches exactly with what your bank has on file. Down to the very space (including, I have discovered, if you have an accidental extra space at the end).

My December payout showed 6 weeks and then miraculously went up to 7! ...!?

I ordered Sunday 1/15/17 and it hasn't even tracked, they never take 4 business days...has anyone else ordered this week and had it track?

Gift Card Mall Refund Request
 

I purchased 2 $500 GC's in December when they were running the promotion for the 5 Back Visa. I paid for 2 day shipping and I ended up canceling the order due to not receiving the GC's a few days after the guaranteed delivery date. It's been a month since I cancelled the order and I still haven't received my money back. They said it would take 15 business days to receive the refund which was Wednesday 1/11/17.

Are there any suggestions on what to do? Every time I call, they say they are waiting on level 2 to process the refund.

I don't mind being patient but I am wondering if letting Bank of America handle this is the best option.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Call their customer support and check what is going on. I got my refund about 1-2 weeks after partial order cancelling.
