5/31 order just got tracked.
Most recent orders have all been taking an extra day and half to track. Still, no sign of 5/16 tracking. |
Just got an email from TCB. The one GCM purchase for custom $500 VGCs I made on 5/30, and two I made on 5/31 are now both tracking on TCB, and at 2% :)

My order from May 30th (placed at 10PM PST) just tracked and I'm happy with the rate that it tracked at.

5/31 order tracked at 2%. First time for that rate since end of April. Still have untracked orders in later May to wait and see...

From my experience:
ACH payment -> takes 1 day from payment requested to payout ("Payment Sent") -> takes another 1 day to hit your bank of choice Amex GC -> takes 3-4 days from payment request to payout ("Payment Received") -> takes another 7-10 days to arrive

6/1 order tracked at 2% even though it's still Pending on GCM website.
5/16 - 5/17 orders never tracked and I really doubt they ever will. File a claim. |
