Argh, me too. I got sucked in with these favorable reports and submitted 3 separate orders for 3 accounts = 10k and none have tracked from 5/31.

My every order of custom VGCs keeps getting cancelled even though "approval" status shows "Approved". I recently switched addresses. I was able to get some orders through after switching but now can't get any of them through.

Just submitted the missing claim tickets for 5/16, 5/17, and 5/20 order. A bit uneasy that you have to essentially input the CB rate you should have received (in that they ask whether it was an "online purchase", which is 2% or Visa Gift Card purchase, which is 1%). Since I bought the customs for two orders, I put "online purchase" for those, while the 3rd was a test of the predesigned visa gift cards, so I only put in for 1%. The last thing I want to do is to tip them off to something they may not presently know and have them close the loophole.

My May orders that didn't track using Yazing were accepted and paid at 2% the new order
placed at 6/1 just got confirmation that is tracking at 2%. DP custom design 3, 500. |

Request for feedback from the group please:
Assuming your address has remained the same: 1) Do you always order from the same computer? 2) Were orders from a different computer at the same physical site successful, or rejected and then shut down? 3) Were orders from a different physical site and different computer successful, or rejected and then shut down? One gets paranoid to mess with their system that works (I have 3 different accounts for 3 different family members at the same physical household and submit orders for all from the same computer same web browser). I have intentionally enforced this behavior. But perhaps this is excessive? It certainly would be more convenient to me to not use a particular computer (at a location different than my home address) to place these orders. But, with at least another 50k min spend to go (Before I even apply for more cards) I don't want to endanger anything. |

I filed a ticket (roughly a week ago) for my May 16th order that didn't track and it has now posted via the ticket claim I made, 1%. The 1% auto populated and I had no choice when I filed the ticket.

TCB responded to my two missing cb claims for may 16th and 17th today. They are now tracking at the requested 2%.
