My last two orders are getting cancelled after approval state. I have moved in last two months but I was able to get two successful orders in between. No pattern whatsoever. Any idea on how to get around it?

No tracking for me for July 1, 3 and 5 orders.

TCB's own guidance is that tracking issues may take 2-3 months to resolve. So with that time frame, I would consider 1 monthly nudge as appropriate. It's just an indication that you have not abandoned your claim, and will not speed things up.

Same thing happened to me last month when I moved. canceled about a dozen times, finally everything back to normal. So just try more

My order from June 30th didn't track until July 7th.

I've made myself a reminder to check at the end of each calendar month, so I'll go over my spreadsheet and make sure all outstanding TCB orders tracked. I don't really understand the value of keep checking daily for recent orders to make sure they tracked. I'd say weekly at most.

My order on 7/1 hasn't tracked, but the weird thing is that my credit card pending charge hasn't posted yet (which usually it does by now). It actually fell away and I don't see it pending anymore, so I wonder if GCM cancelled it without telling me? That would explain why it hasn't tracked.
I'll just call about the order. Edit: charge posted today, on 7/10. |
I made a few orders this week and 2 tracked next day 1 tracked 2 days later and 1 tracked 3 days later. In the past it was more consistent for me, now each orders is different. As long as it tracks, timing is not big deal.
Still have one order from May that is waiting for merchant that probably will never track. |
