Although TCB's tracking issues from last May are finally resolved, I'm not seeing any tracking after 7/13. I place daily orders and generally see tracking confirm after 24-48 hours. Not this time. Anyone get tracking info from 7/14 on?

My order from 13th tracked 3 days later. Still there's no tracking from 15th order. It's all over the place now.
Update: 15th order tracking 4 days later |
I haven't had any orders track since July 13th too.

I am locked out of my GCM account two days back. When I inquired about it, they said it is security lock from level 2 and cannot be lifted. I was using the account over last year for successful orders but now SOL. I had switched addresses recently and was trying to use VPN to get the orders through. Lot of these orders after the move were getting cancelled automatically after the approval.
So, looks like this venue is closed for me. Any other ways around it for me? Like create a new account with new email address and phone number? |
