I complained about gcm not letting order go through with a certain cc I then stated that I thought I had a work a round with using a different cc I stated that there was success with this new cc with submitting the order. I then posted a follow up saying I spoke to soon as I just received a cancelation email. In case that wasn't clear enough for you, I received an order canceled email from gcm. So I still have two accounts working well, but one login for gcm seems to be restricted. I figured there wasn't anything to lose at this point and called the number in the wiki. The same disclaimer we use for Citi reps probably applies here as well ... they claimed that they through the problem was that I used 500 denomination. She claimed that in the past the 500s were sent through their sister site gift cards.com (they are both owned by Blackhawk ) but now 500s have to be ordered through gift cards.com. Of course I didn't say this to her but that isn't true ... both my other accounts work fine for personalized 500s. |
I think I got my cashback today from the May problems. I got an extra notification email this morning, and my pending cash has the disputed amount pending. It also was at 2% which is what I submitted the claim for.

Did you try a different CC? I manage 3 logins that we have been pushing close the 15k per month with each. One login has begun getting that error for a Amex card (I'll try twice and then stop so as not to hit the 3 strikes rule). An AU (which has a different card number) works on one of the other logins. I thought for sure I was banned, but I was successful submitting an order with another CC. It seems that just that card is now blacklisted somehow. Is this consistent with others' experiences or do you see an alternative explanation? I was paranoid and worried enough about this that I stooped to submitting an order from giftcards.com (ugh cost me money ;-) ). |

I use TCB - GCM - MO to bank and make money MSing right now as i'm sure many here are. I've pretty well tapped out most sign up bonuses, and i plan to do the full 15k per month on a card that brings the most value. Right now i've targetted my SPG Business card, does anyone know of a card with a better ROI than this one right now?

Although it doesn't apply here specifically, I also had 8 claims against CG.com and they all went to payable immediately. |
5/23 order finally tracks today. 2% was automatically added to my claim.

When I put in the claim, I selected non Visa gift card which was supposed to be 2%. So far I got the 2% credited as confirmed along with the original 1% one as well...Maybe I could go from 1% all the way to 3%! not counting on it though. |

Quick question, I am moving at the end of the month... Thus, new town, new internet connection hence new ip address.. I would have to update my billing address in GCM.
I assume I have to start over and start slow again (e.g. $500/order instead of my usual $2500/order) and work my way up? |
