Last night ordered $500 GC's. This morning (12 hours later) got confirmation it tracked and did so at 2%. But still no word on orders placed 10 days and 14 days ago.

I bit the bullet and filed a ticket with TCB several days ago for a 5/16 order that did not track. Have not ordered since.

How did you order 500s? I have only seen 250s for the past week.

Just placed order for a $500 custom VGC at GCM. Went through TCB.
Got email conf of order from GCM.
We’ll see if it tracks/ships.

I used to get order confirmation emails but later it was getting cancelled. Let me know if you don't get cancellation email.

I ordered the $500 customs yesterday at 1pm ish and no tracking, over 24 hours later. Sometimes it takes two days for me so I'll wait.

Same for me for the last two orders 5/28 and 5/29. Going to call and see what the issue is when I get out of work.


*Just got off the phone with GCM CS. They told me one of the images I used for the custom VGCs did not pass image verification due to their copy write policy. I used the same image for all four cards and the image I uploaded was a high definition picture of my brother and I in front of Gillette Stadium last year. I'll try again with a different image tonight and see what happens.

May 16, 17, and 20 order all arrived today. No TCB tracking for any, but it sounds like tracking is back up for newly-placed orders. Will put in missing CB ticket with TCB tomorrow.

My old orders arrived today also finally and I placed a new order. Will see if it tracks tomorrow.

When I go to place a ticket with TCB, they have my order logged from the missing day(5/19). I'm wondering if it's worth filing the ticket for 1% back, or give it a few more days and see if I get the 2%...

Recently moved, then all the sudden GCM orders stuck in approval and cancelation cycle, no exception.

How to get out of this?
