I placed an order on Sunday afternoon, which went from "pending" to "processed" yesterday. Now its about 48 hours later and still haven't gotten the tracking confirmation from TopCashback. Anyone else have issues with an order tracking recently?

Guess I'll give it one more day and then submit a missing tracking claim if still not there. Just submitted another order, so we will see if that one tracks.

Still no TCB tracking for a GCM order placed on Sunday, and no tracking for an order placed yesterday...

TCB is very good to process all claims. I'd not worry about it Just wait till Mon and open claim.

I placed two orders on the 6th and I received tracking email on 9/11 so I see a pattern where they're late sometimes but eventually they post. I have made a habit of making screenshots when I place my orders just in case they don't track but so far, so good.

Thanks, that is reassuring. And I will definitely keep screenshots just in case.

how do we know when we have reached the max allowed orders? is it based on a rolling 30 days or calendar month? will an error message pop up when you submit your order if you have reached your limit for a particular account?

You'll see a message at the top of the checkout page screen telling you that you're limited to $15K in a 30 day period. Keep removing one GC at a time until the message goes away.

for whatever reasons, I still have yet to see this dreaded message per account and hopefully, I don't see it.

TY for the info :)

Are you saying they let you go over $15k or are you just not hitting $15K yet?

I have more than one account and have been using them one after another so I may not have hit $15K per account that's why I have not seen the dreaded message. each account has a different name, phone number but same address and using CCs with corresponding name.

My order from Sunday still hasn't tracked. But an order I placed on Tuesday just tracked this morning. Go figure.
