Same. My order from yesterday just tracked, but 2 from earlier this week have not.

How long before you can submit an inquiry? Haven't submitted one since the AGC days and I can't remember.

I think you have to wait a minimum of one week, but I usually give it about 10 days.

this gives me hope that mine will track for ten GCs on the 12th, Tuesday and it hasn't tracked while an order less than half of that on the 13th tracked today :rolleyes: If it doesn't track by next week, that's the time I'll open a ticket.

I, too, had an order of 10 on the 12th and it has not tracked yet. Have been doing orders of 3-4, which have always tracked in less than 24 hours, and wanted to try for a larger amount.

I have ordered late Monday night 09/11 and so far there is no tracker. I am very meticulous but this time I will wait by next Monday to file a ticket.

Me too. I had an order on Sunday late night 09/10 and so far there is no tracker. This is the first time not being tracked in 24 hrs. Very odd!

I got tracking email for the $5K order, what a relief!

I see the pattern now, huge orders that require a signature on delivery takes a while to track although it comes faster than the $1998's. All's well that ends well.

For custom designs with your name on them, what have you guys found to be the best? Is it possible to have a very low key "gift" text on them? I would love one without it but I don't think that's possible.

Size of the order has no relation to tracking. It's just their glitchy website and tracking system.
