I haven't received it, but have received my order from Sep 25.

checked my records, mine was shipped on the 26th, tracked on TCB the 25th and received this on the 29th. this was also a less than $2K order.

how do you know when exactly it shipped?

or are you just referring to the estimated ship date in the order history?

check this and sign up if you haven't done it yet.

I get txt messages when I have a priority package coming. take note, however, that if you order the ones with free shipping, you won't get txt message for delivery since they're lumped with the regular mails. I don't get txt message for orders below $2K, but I see them under Informed delivery that's why I know if they're coming that day.

One thing that helped me manage my orders is getting to know the delivery supervisor of my PO. The one at mine is very friendly and since the time I met her, she puts the white envies coming from BHN together with priority packages so when I pick those that require delivery signature, I get the white envies together with the priority packages. :) Now, I'm not at the mercy of my unreliable carrier, I can make plans on what recycling centers to use knowing exactly what's in the packages I'm about to pick up.

HTH.

I'm signed up for it, but for some reason, the free shipping ones don't even get scanned.

fwr, mine don't get scanned 100% of the time but since I have deviced a way to sync my orders so they get delivered at the same time as those that require signature delivery, the Del supervisor takes charge in putting them together so they're all there when I pick up. This works ONLY if you also order >$2K which the shipping fee is maximized by doing more GCs that your CL can accommodate. as always, use discretion on what's best for you.

Hey guys, seems like TCB is one of the most preferred cashback portals on here. Does it sometimes just give a higher cashback over the 1% on accident?

I've actually been using Lemoney for the last two months and it works really well (the wait time to get the cashback is a bit longer though). They also offer turbo cashback once a month (usually about $12-$15 extra) above the 1% normal which is a nice way to cover shipping fees or just boost your points. So they apply the 6% or 8% to a certain amount of your purchase and then the rest is the normal 1% so it all adds up.

Right now they're offering 20% (up to $100 so 20$s) off for new members.

Oops - didn't realize the links are not permitted. Message me if you're interested.

Order from 9/21 still not delivered. Called in. Cards are enjoying route and have not fallen into the wrong hands. Anyone else experiencing long shipping times?

I have experienced faster shipping lately especially with orders I paid $10.95 shipping.

I have received my order from 9/21; if you ordered one with free shipping, try to contact your PO delivery supervisor and see if they can trace it even if it was sent as regular mail.

$10.95 shipping orders have been 2 day priority mail for me, free shipping orders usually take like 5 days in my experience.

The free shipping for me is usually 7 calendar days as well. I will give them a few more days before I call back to seek refund.

Well, both my 9/21 and 9/28 orders arrived today. Highly interesting set of events. Both were $2k, i.e. free shipping. Between GCM and USPS, I'm going to go with GCM as to the culprit as there's no way possible for that to happen naturally is there?

I record the postmark dates on all GCM packages I receive. That gives me a bit more idea who's the culprit, and often times it's USPS. Actually the USPS variability is the natural outcome of how they operate. They usually use available cargo space on commercial passenger aircraft. Based on how much weight is made available for USPS, they may split their cargo into smaller batches, use multiple routes for same destinations, forget some smaller batches for awhile, etc...
If the GCM return address is indeed where they drop their mail, it's unfortunately not close to a major aviation/mail sorting hub. So that would explain the longer transit times. Some of the packages though arrive within 2 days for me.
