I just started using GCM on October and placed 2 orders so far. 2 days in a row my $1.5k orders were submitted with email confirmation and then I received the order cancel email exactly 10mins later. CC was charged too. Anyone knows what went wrong here?

My Aug 19 confirmed payment was finally paid from TCB. Maybe this is the new norm.

Payouts were running at nine weeks a few days ago, but now all my transactions (VGC) say 8. i think they needed the extra time for all the OS purchases back in august. my OS have been confirmed for over a week now, waiting to go payable.

Is this 8/9 week window timeframe for transaction to move from pending to payable or even for the transaction to show up on TCB?

from transaction to confirm/Payable, the interval between confirmed to payable is usually hours or a day.

I usually shows up pending within two days or so after you placed an order.

Darn it. Couple of my orders aren't even showing on TCB even after a week. Time to contact support?

If your order didn't track within a week, just do a missing cashback claim. It may take at least two months, but it will probably eventually get paid.

Hasn't failed me yet. I even put in a request a couple days after ordering and it'll auto process.

And might even get double paid.

I have tried to order from GCM 3x already but all 3 orders have been cancelled. 1st order was for 2 $500, and 2nd 2 were for $500 each. What am I doing wrong?

So just a data point for everyone. I opened a second account under my wife's name. On my first order, $500, I used a credit card under my name. The order went through, but I got a call from CS. They basically told me that their automated systems do not like it when credit card names and person making orders is different and orders like these could get canceled in the future if this happens too often, especially since I already have an account under my name and she is using my name on her account also. She also asked me why I was ordering so much and I just said for gifts. She seemed to accept that answer. Anyways, hopefully this helps.

Using that now-expired SWEET code, I placed my first successful giftcardmall order in over a year. Actually, I did it for my son, whose new account worked. The service seemed slow (but then the service is also slow with their sister company giftcards.com). Somewhat more bothersome is the Visa gift card looked kind of crappy (lower quality than giftcards.com), and it came in an envelope that looked a lot like junk mail. Indeed, if not for the Blackhawk name on the return address -- which I guess most MS-types are familiar with -- I might not have opened the letter. Scary. But I thought I'd share this experience as a "heads up" for others.

Probably nothing. My order for $1500 didn't go through today. Opened an acct w/wife's name & made same purch w/same cc (wife is AU). Called cc who said they didn't blocked it.

So you were banned for over a year, and suddenly you found yourself off the black list? Congrats!

What did you do differently? Just a new account, under your son's name? Anything else?

I was banned to last year when there was a sale.

After a few months, I placed a small order like the wiki says and it it went through using the same accounts (2 were banned, same 2 are now working)
