Which carrier do GCM use for Express Shipping? And usually how soon can they arrive after order placed? Haven't got a tracking notice even though it supposed to ship today.

It depends who you picked when you ordered, USPS or UPS

GCM doesnt send tracking notice.

It did't give me the option to choose, and I just selected the Expressed Delivery option.

Can someone please give me any pointers on how I can get GCM to approve my order? I think I have tried "everything". Diff cc's, under mine and my wife's name, custom, non-custom, 3x500 order, 1x 500 order etc but never gets approved. I have never been contacted by GCM for any verification and when I call my bank, they arent blocking the transaction.

sorry there is nothing you can do. Many tried and failed to get unbanned.

What denomination is safe for "first" order?

So, I've noticed there seem to be 2 different type of cancellations:
1) The "your card has not been approved error"
2) After getting an Invoice, you receive a "Your GiftCardMall order has been cancelled"

I just created a new account, order went through and 40 minutes later received the "Your GiftCardMall order has been cancelled." Order was just for 1 $500 Custom Giftcard. Any idea if this is a manual review? Assuming that new account is burnt and I should try creating a new one, but not sure if it has anything to do with IP address, etc.

Multiple attempts within a short time frame are usually not helpful. Give it a rest for 4-6 months, then try again with a clean web browser that you haven't used before for this purpose.

Last year when they had a promo, none of my orders went through.

Aftwr a few months, I ordered one and it went through.

I was able to place large orders until this promo and all we not approved! :(

DP - Ordered 3x500 yesterday. First time ever dealing with GCM. Order was pending all day and was expecting them to cancel, but got shipping email this morning. :)

Is this your first order? If not, wait 24 hours before trying again. GCM has phone support but don't expect them to solve a problem. There are previous posts here regarding suggestions.

Can't believe they shipped this fast this time. Ordered yesterday and chose 4-5 days shipping. Now the shipment is showing on UPS my choice. Good experience I guess.
