I need to meet 3K minimum spending on Citi Business Platinum Select. Any experience with using Citi Business card with GCM? Thanks. |

Ugh, tried to setup a second account, different billing address than my first account. Order went through and then 3 hours later I get the "Your GiftCardMall order has been cancelled" email. Grrr. Guess I try creating a new account tomorrow on a different IP address. These guys are such an odd bunch. No phone call or anything.
Side question: Is there any issue with using the same phone number on multiple accounts. I was using a different number but might try my primary number. |

I used new Citi cards with GCM before without issues, making 2x $1.5K purchases a week or two apart. It's important not to use the same card for small purchases during that period.

I'd also like to know if there are caveats on having more than one account at the same address.

I placed my first order of VISA GCs from GCM on 11/1. It is the self-design version that uses your own photos. TCB initially tracked the transaction with 2% cashback. Today when I checked my TCB account, I found that the cashback dropped to $0.00 with "payable" status. I did not use any coupon codes.
What could have gone wrong? What shall I do at this stage? |

I have two more transactions with pending cashback that have yet to be reduced to $0. I will wait a few days to submit the claim. What else could go wrong? |

I had that happened to orders with transaction dates on Oct 1st and Nov 1st. I don't know if there is a pattern there or not, but I probably won't place orders on Dec 1st next month. ...

Just got my orders cancelled for the first time - I guess the consensus is just to wait a little while and try again? I made a new account real quick with same CC (probably should have changed this...) on different IP and that ordered got canceled too. How long do you guys usually wait before re-ordering?
