How long until you get concerned that a GCM mailing was lost? I made 2 purchases. One on Nov. 7 and Nov. 8. The Nov. 8 purchase shipped on approx Nov. 10 and I received it mid last week. The earlier purchase still has not been received (though technically still within the 5-10 business day timeframe).

What do you do in the interim? Wouldn't you have just assumed it was lost?

This happens all the time with my orders. One of them took 3 weeks after it was shipped to arrive when some orders take only 3 days after shipment. This month all my orders are shipped 2 days later than estimated on the order based on the postage stamp.

I'm in the same situation. My order for November 6 still hasn't been delivered. Orders after that date have arrived. I called GCM yesterday and I was told to wait a little longer... Maybe a glitch during that time frame?

Same here. I have not received my orders placed on 5th and 7th.

Since my last order in October for less than $2K arrived in three weeks with partly sealed envelope, that will be the last for now. I remember last year when there was free purchase fee on the 5Bs, the envelopes arrived unsealed and cards already activated. I don't want to go through it again.

They may be prioritizing the 2 day priority packages since I noticed they're delivered a lot quicker now which makes up for the $10.95 shipping fee.

Fyi. First order yesterday for $1998 using the code approved. Second order today for $1998 using code wouldn't go through on a new card or existing (tied up credit on both).

I'm under $15k/30 and have not had a denial in months. Normally order $1998 every 3-4 days.

I probably should have done $5k on the first order but signing for packages is difficult with my schedule.

It's possible that GCM doesn't let your order go through if you have a prior order that is pending (hasn't been processed yet). At least this has been my experience once in the last couple of months, kept trying and wouldn't go through, did go through when the previous order went from pending to processed.

Can confirm this is true. It has been always my experience that you can't order if prior order is pending. Only time I was able to get multiple order processed in same session was last year December. After that it always showed me error for 2nd order onward.

does the $3 off promo negate TCB ?

No, I got two orders using similar promo a couple of weeks ago and it show pending (less than 8 weeks) on TCB

Tried to order for first time today. Created account, used CSR to buy a single card...got the blocked message. Literally never ordered at GCM, or VGC at all anywhere online. Searched this forum, and the only other mention of a CSR also showed immediate block. Does anybody know if this is just a bad CC for use at GCM?
