Yes TCB did not honor due to the code was not listed on its site. Mine was tracked but then got denied couple weeks afterward. So you need to monitor it carefully.

Well this could be problematic. Didn't know they could withdraw it once it tracked. Any other data points from others out there ?

Yes, same day as you. I've called last week and they said it has gone to escalation. Still no word.

Ahh thanks! yea Chase is hit or miss for me on GCM. Sometimes I error out and the next day it works.

On a side note, I have received orders from 11/8 and 11/11.

They can withdraw until it's confirmed. Tracked just means that they got tracked. Returned items can get tracked and then denied when it's time to confirm.

Looking to make my first VGC purchase, read through the thread and couldn't figure out what variety of VGC are these? Metabank? Planning on liquidating at Walmart.

Order was lost, GCM refused to refund. It is getting worse doing business with them. I wish PO came back online again.

yes they issue only MB GCs now both Visa and Mastercard. GCM VGCs from GCM can be liquidated at WM and WMNM.

I'm paying the shipping fees to ensure quicker delivery and since signature is required, the carrier won't likely deliver it to someone else's mailbox. I don't like waiting for the carrier to come, I just pick up the priority envelopes at my PO and drain them at the WM nearby.

If the order is <$2K before fees, there is no tracking since it's delivered via first class mail. Even if you call GCM, they cannot provide tracking number unlike those where you paid shipping, they give me the tracking number and the date USPS picked up the package.
