Another envelope arrived opened today. Nothing quite like looking in seeing an envelope inside that says $500 on it. These guys are just awful... Have 2 orders last week that have not tracked yet. If they ever stop the 2% or free shipping I'm going to be done with this place.

Received two envelopes today totaling more than 4k, one of them was open but everything was still there...

Are you saying they ship the envelope with a description on the outside of what the contents are?

I haven't ordered from GCM yet, but if this is standard practice, I probably won't ever order from them. I can't begin to guess why printing that would be a good idea. Who's on the hook if it doesn't arrive? Do I have to call my CC company and tell them I need to use Purchase Protection because the VGC I ordered to MS didn't arrive?

They don't print on the main envelop, but inside you will find X number of individual envelopes where X = # of GCs. Each envelope will say the value contained inside. In my case the main envelop was open and anyone could look in to see 3 x 500 inside. Its happened to me before and I've heard of others have the same issue. They don't seal the envelopes well. There are some real fundamental problems over there at GCM. They seem very concerned about the order (hence receiving phone calls) but have absolute disregard to distribution.

sealing of the envelope is key my order of 4 was open.

No, the outside larger envelope that anyone could see during shipment says nothing about the contents. Once you open that up each GC is in a separate smaller envelope with the amount printed on the outside which is dumb, but not a big deal for me.

I placed an order on the 17th, it processed and it shows up an estimated shipping date on the 21st.
Problem is, the charge disappeared from both my pending Chase transactions and the remaining CL, what's going on?!

probably a chase issue. I've seen the same thing happen around the time my statement closes.

Just to verify, GiftCardMall is useless for buying gift card for use in purchasing money orders from the post office right? Pretty sure MetaBank & Sunrise don't work at the post office...

It doesn't appear they sell MasterCard either... hmmm

This problem exist in all my Chase cards. Drive me nuts. They need to fix something abt their IT
