I don't want to attack anyone personally, so I'm not going to mention anyone by handle. I do want to point out one the posters who posts often on many MS threads writes as if he or she possesses a lot more knowledge and expertise than he or she does. There are people who are "heavy hitters," most of whom don't post here anymore, and there are people who dabble in MS. Both are worthy pursuits, but it's important for people who may be new to this to evaluate the credibility and expertise of any poster. Just because a poster thinks something doesn't mean a poster knows something.
As always, take what you want and ignore the rest. If one wishes to ignore certain posters, feel free. ;) |

Have been unable to withdraw to bank from Serve and heard of someone else unable to withdraw from BB for the last 4 days. Transaction seems to go through, shows as pending, but eventually the pending withdrawal disappears and the money is back in the account. Anyone else seeing this - and maybe knows how to get around it?

If it is not, you are going to have to reestablish the account connection. That usually requires them depositing and withdrawing a token amount of money into your Serve account and having you verify the transactions (something you already did once, I presume). Or else, just wait a day or so and see if the Serve glitch is fixed ;) |
I have the $200 Grocery Everywhere card that I thought I could load onto Serve at Family Dollar, but it didn't work there. I know that the Grocery Everywhere should work to load Serve at Walmart, but can someone tell me if the Grocery Everywhere is limited to $99 like other Meta cards?

Since WM is drying up, ready to dip my toes in FD and DG loads. Based on reading seems like DG is dead for Serve loadings. For FD is there some kind of store limit per day ? $500?
Not sure how the FD's are around my hood but will be interesting to explore. I get metas are accepted at both FD and DG? |

Anyone try loading with a SM VGC or another type of meta today at WM? Just tried loading a card...first time I swiped the screen just said "transaction canceled." Second time i got "Tender not allowed" error. Rep said she didn't think you could load to serve with a debit, so I'm hoping she was just doing it wrong, but all the screens said the correct things on my side. Load to BB was BAU yesterday

Loaded 3 $500 Safeway VGCs to Serve today. Not a single swipe error, all went through 1st try.

I have one vip that i haven't used in years and recently started using it again, but can't seem to add cards to bill pay. every time i get an error saying account or zip code are not correct and that I may need to use a 5 or 9 digit zip code. tried using my zip code (same as cc account) and zip of financial institution on cc statement (at recommendation of serve customer service) but still no luck. anyone experience this and know what I am doing wrong? atm withdrawals been a real bottleneck
