so, same store but at 4 different registers? if so, likely worked; think b2b at the same register could be the issue... recently

Got my kid an AU of my Wells Fargo Propel and added to Serve but cannot load - always gives the technical error (generic failure message). Has anyone recently been able to add a new CC (or even debit card) and load using it? Especially on a newer account?

If you have any questions, please call the customer service number on the back of your card. Changes to the Agreement We are revising Section 19.k of the Agreement (Non-Assignability) to amend the circumstances under which we may assign our rights and obligations under the Agreement and Section 15.d of the Agreement (Suspension of Use; Cancellation; Closure) to further describe our right to close Accounts. How concerned should I be? They just made official what they have been doing anyway, i.e. closing you. |

Otherwise, as radonc1 said, they're just putting in language to close your card for "manufactured activity", which they already do anyway I do wonder if they're going to crack down on accounts that happen to have a $0 balance whenever the fee date come around :) |

If you have sock drawed cards, expect them to be closed. Although it's kind of vague how long "extended periods" actually is.

Does anyone know if the Serve Visa version can be loaded at Walmart for free? T&C says up to $3.50 at various places. I wonder if this works like BB Visa where Walmart load is free.

I haven't tried to load a GC in quite some time but yesterday I tried to load a $100 BHN?(Blackhawk Network, sry not familiar with all the acronyms around here) VGC at WM and I was unable to. It kept saying "Debit Not Available". I went and bought something a minute later just to check and it was certainly activated. Do these not work anymore?

More information can be gleaned by reading this and other threads such as "Buying MOs at WM". |
I have BB and wanted to switch to Serve. I applied for Serve card and got it approved before I cancelled BB. I thought system would reject my Serve application with an active BB account. Is that not the case anymore?

Both myself and P2 each have 2 serves and 2 bb's with no problems. Unless something has changed in the past 2 years since I got the cards, you can apply for both
