Zip code issues are on going. Has anybody figured out a solution? Zip codes that worked previously are no longer getting accepted.

I think it's a new issue. Someone got it resolved by calling. Albeit only for that specific biller.

Do these typically just resolve themselves after a day or two?
Just manually add the CC you try to pay off. It has worked for my AMEX and Chase cards. |

For Serve's monthly limit (specifically Green) -- is the limit reset on the 1st of every calendar month (ex. May 1, June 1, etc)?, at 12 AM EST?
I tried searching quite a bit and at most saw one mention of "calendar month." Just want to make sure it's not (1) the billing period/date fee is assessed, nor (2) some other type of 30-day rolling period. Thanks! |

2 times in the past 4 days I've been declined doing my normal load at WM. Both times I get Debit Not Authorized Call Authorizer. I'm not over any limit. I researched this earlier and I was able to load directly to serve from my debit card online so I assume it's not shutdown. I did hear about how a glitch can happen sometimes with WM and it may take a few days, does that seem to be the case?

It does not matter to most folks since we are still sleeping at 12 AM EST. But it should be calendar month.

Did you try FD later? Is it still possible to load at FD?

Probably about a year ago, I bought a Green Serve at CVS and I loaded the initial load with a VGC. Is that still possible to do today? I only have 1 green serve and I know I can have up to 5.

So have we found any working zip codes for bill pay or is it not taking anything? I tried everything under the sun for BoA (personal zip5/9, business zip 5/9, corp zip5/9, 00000, 99999, etc.). Nothing worked. Ended up mailing a check since I really wanted to pay that specific bill :(

Trouble is, after adding the biller manually, it now shows up as taking quite a few more days for payment delivery. An Amex added the normal way takes 5 days (my experience has been 2 days or less), while the 2nd Amex added the manual way says it takes 8 days...
Have successfully paid CCs from AMEX, Chase and BofA by adding them manually. |

While the estimated delivery date is a bit longer, in my experience the payment still arrives in the same time frame as before.
