another weird thing I noticed, when I go to check the balance on the mcgift.mygift site, it frequently says "invalid request",and I need to refresh and enter the numbers again, sometimes twice. happens on different PCs and iPhone too.

I also have a failed load at DG using the debit card. Will the money refund to the card automatically or I have to go back to the store and try to get cash from there? Could anyone share the link on reddit, I could not find it

It's unknown yet what to do. DG is telling me 3-5 business days it will go back. Today is business day 3 for me. No refund yet!

You need to use a different browser. Chrome is not liking these cards for some reason. I got it to show with firefox and slimjet.

New to this. Just got my Serve card. But don't want to load these monies into my primary account. Would it be okay to open a second account at the same bank or should I go to a different bank.

Any success stories of loading Serve with MCGC today?

Today is biz day 5 for me. No money back on the MCGC :(

I guess I will have to escalate this with either DG or GCM. I wonder what the best option is?

I had a similar incident at DG back in August when a meta MCGC from GCC failed to load. The manager swiped it back and issued a refund. The whole thing happened on Sat. The money was back on the card on Thu. However, the card remained blocked and I had to call GCC and present a “refund receipt” to unblock it. A lot of hassle so I sympathize with you

In the same boat. Tried to buy MO at harris teeter, got "not authorized" but card was drained. That was on 10/22.

I didn't think that I did something that was not allowed since the AmExp Executive office had informed me that it was not against the terms to do multiple loads from different debit cards. I contacted AmExp Executive office now again, and they contacted a manager at Incomm. However, as you suggested, they didn't reopen the accounts :(. The AmExp Executive office suggested that the Terms may have been changed when Incomm took over the business.....

Is anyone aware of an alternative to Serve/Bluebird for loading an account with debit cards?
I really need it to meet bank requirements.

Have you tried the Go bank card?

I have not been able to get much info on how that would work. Can I load the GO account with different debit cards online?
For example, 10 loads with debit card1, 10 loads with debit card2 etc..
Serve was perfect for this.....

How were you able to load your serve online?
