Not sure why you need to call Cap1 for. I added and pay my Cap1 without any problem. Just search "capital one" in serve BP, fill out your Cap1 account number. Look at your VX statement and see where the payment is being sent to if you're paying by check.

With Chase, just look up how to mail a payment in and manually enter the information into Serve. The account number is your CC #. Just send like a dollar a test amount to make sure it goes through.

I have been trying to figure out the pattern, but after you do a bill pay of say $1000 plus, then I am able to do 2-3 large ATM withdrawals until the $80 limit kicks back in. I have been trying many different things since this started but haven't figured out exactly what the formula is. Do a bill pay and then try 400-500 at the atm a day or two later and report back.

Tried to load today at 2 FD stores that I have used for years and at both stores on the SWIPED line it says "declined do not honor" they gave me the receipt. I have not seen this before.
Does anybody have any insight into this? |
