Unable to load at DG today. :(
Tried both Simon VGC and Vanilla VGC.

Was able to load 1x$500 at FD, but 2nd transaction failed. Is that normal for FD?

OV VGC load failed at FD
 

Green serve load with OV VGC failed today at FD. The transaction went all the way until the final step and ‘approved’ message showed for an instant on the POS screen but then the screen message quick changed to ‘declined.’ The manager whom I know well was surprised. The money is back on the card. Bought this OV VGC at 7-11.

I loaded serve with vanilla vgc today no problem at FD.

Not helpful. I tried Simon VGC which is metabank, and it didn't work anymore.

Fair point. I was able to go in and make edits to that section. (I hope that's ok, mods).

this is a plausible explanation but I was doing two $500 loads to two different cards at FD for much of 2019 - until the two back-to-back loads stopped working at some point in September. Something strange is going on.

Can't even log in on the app or webpage. I also could not load at FD today. Suspect the entire system is simply down.

Now reading this carefully, exactly what happened to me at FD today, but successfully loaded yesterday when you had problems.

I just realized I still have the "ONE VIP" serve card in my drawer...after some digging in old emails, found one dated Jan 8, 2016:
Dear XX:

We are writing to let you know that we have observed unusual usage patterns on your American Express Serve Account. Because of this, effective immediately, you will no longer be able to add money to your Account.1 We have made this change in accordance with Section 15.d of our Consumer User Agreement, which you can view here.

not sure if I can still load money to this card in WM.

update: tried to link up a new bank debit card...verified the 2 instant trial deposits. tried to add $20 to the serve account and failed:
Due to technical difficulties we are unable to process your request at the moment. Please try again at a later time. We apologize for
the inconvenience.
so my serve card in my drawer is just dead.
