Had same problem yesterday and today also. Mgr is a friend and she didn't know that it had been hard coded.

Where did you get the VCG that you are taking to liquidate at DG? GCM? Noted on Reddit that GCM cards appear to be the affected ones. Although one person stated VVCG was also impacted.

What about MCGCs? Anyone used them instead of VGCs? I did multiple loads with Vanilla, MCGC and Meta VGCs on Tuesday but I guess the problems started on Wednesday?

Seems to have started Weds yeah. I loaded fine on Tues, went in yesterday(thurs) and got the same error, tried troubleshooting briefly, lady thought I was at a limit, I just said f it and bounced to FD. FWIW they were all metabank VGCs from GCC. guy at FD told me a 'secret' to always keep my receipts and only do it once a day lol

Can confirm that MCG is also a no go at DG. Same error as I listed above, except replaced with MC debit. I’m lucky to have at least 3-4 FD locations close to me, but this will surely complicate liquidation for many.

any recent DPs on FD and auto drain? Can I ask for a $400 load and swipe 2 x $200 VGC without cashier intervention?
