Had this same problem and finally figured it out. Don't use the zip code on your paper statement where you'd mail your payment (60197). Use the zip code in the top left for their main headquarters (19850).

Are there any good recently accurate/concise tutorials for serve/bluebird? These wikis at the top get really confusing. I know things are constantly changing, but still there has to be some newer resources right?

Having the same issue as others adding a payee. Been a week now. Trying to add an Amex card and have plugged in a few different zip code combinations.

So I'm having some issue with 30 day loading limit. I got my statement on May 21, I thought I could start loading 2500 today. I went to the 3rd FD, it said invalid amount when I tried to load another 500. How does the 30 day limit work?
Any DP on adding zipcode citi and discover bill pay? |

Had issue loading 500 at FD with vanilla vgc from local IGA grocery store. says declined do not honor message on POS screen, is FD cracking down now too?

Zip code issues are on going. Has anybody figured out a solution? Zip codes that worked previously are no longer getting accepted.
