Where are you trying to load your Serve card? I thought they are free loads if you do them at a WM or FD?

at FD, I thought the same, but I found out later that the blue one does indeed charge a fee when loaded

Will cancel this blue and get the green card instead (with a monthly fee, but no reload fee)

The fee is waived if there is no balance in the account at the time the fee is applied. That's one way around it. I usually leave a balance in it about every 4-5 months or so, so they get a fee once in a while. So far so good.

Please let me know how to proceed or what to change. Hopefully this will be some good DP's on what, if anything, survives shutdown. I now have 4 serve cards. 1 is activated and being used & abused. 1 is activated but not used. And 2 are sitting in the drawer, not activated.

Do you know if I can load green Serve with Wells Fargo Propel (not world) without setting the CA limit to 0? I've been messaging WF to set the limit several times, but no reply from them for like over a month already. I don't want to call either because of the current situation.

Could I load serve with my aspiration debit card, satisfying the 1000 spend requirement?

And so does that mean FD & WM are the only remaining places that work vgc loading now? got a vanilla vgc so that means WM is no go right?

As far as I remember, VVGC does not work at WM. Fine with DG. Do not know about FD.

Tried today at DG and it was declined, something like tendered not allowed. even the top wiki says its not working anymore but idk this until after i got home. But FD worked after 2nd attempt, 1st attempt loading 500 was declined too but my guess is it could be the 500/day limit rule as 2nd time tried loading 200 worked. so now i still got 300 left on vgc

used chase commercial card as option and entered the card number as acct# and used the return slip zip code from bill but not working

I remember hearing some say something stopped working at DG. Probably all Serve loading has stopped working at DG. Search the chat history.

For Chase bill pay, you'll need to set it as Chase Manhattan. You can try to use the long zip code. Serve and BlueBird has the same setup.

I just got my 2nd green serve and tried the bill pay today. To my surprise, when I added the credit cards, it said the same error about zip code. I tried 5 digit and/or 9 digit from my billing statement, none of them worked. Is it because I added the same cards (tried Discover, Chase, and Citi from my 1st serve) or maybe something's going on here?
Also tried cards that has not been added to serve 1

couple DPs from this wk's MS thread on churning subreddit about issues adding/paying Payees/cards, might need to resort to withdraw ATM for a while til its fixed

I recently used BlurBird with Chase card. It is business as usual. I used 5 digit zip code. BB and Serve bill pay should be the same.

That's so weird, I tried every day the past week and had no success of adding Bill pay. Does using the ATM to withdraw money get flagged with Serve?
