How were you able to load your serve online?

You can always load Serve card online with any debit card. You can even load from AmEx credit card, but very few of them earn you any rewards. It is only $200 max per day and I think $1k monthly limit.

I do not really know what he trying to do. But have fun doing it.

Not online but you can load at WM. See the Gobank thread on here.

Does a VGC count as a debit for online loads?

I have not been able to get much info on how that would work. Can I load the GO account with different debit cards online?
For example, 10 loads with debit card1, 10 loads with debit card2 etc..
Serve was perfect for this.....

No you cannot load GoBank online with a debit card but only checking account. You should have been asking this in the Gobank thread.

If by "he" you referred to me, I can tell you what I was using Serve for before they closed the accounts:
1. Loading with Amexp (issued by other bank - not AmExp directly) for 1.5% cashback => $15/month. Four accounts => $60/month.
2. More importantly; many banks require 10 (or similar) debit card transactions/account for rewards or to get high interest (3.3%-4%). Serve was perfect for meeting this requirement. I just added the relevant debit card online and let my script run 10 loads of my selected amount. Then replace with the next debit card and continue. Repeat every month.

I do not know of any alternative method to do #2 . Amazon reloads is one way, but is risky in high volume (it may lock the Amazon account)....

I've been using Serve for over a week now and I just want to make sure I'm doing things that will hopefully keep me under the radar as much as possible. I load $200 VGC at WM. I've been sticking to $200 per load to keep it at just 1 VGC swipe. I've been doing this 1 or 2 times per day. So far that means I've been loading at most $400/day. I'm aware of all the limits for this ($2,500 per day, $5k/mo/card and $10k/mo/all cards) and will do my best to track. Also so far I've just done BP to pay off utilities, and various credit cards. I don't know if it matters, but I even paid the monthly fee since I didn't know when my statement period ended.

It all sounds pretty benign to me. Anything that I'm doing that should be avoided like maybe daily loads?

Tbh, what you are doing seems like staying off the radar. I doubt you'll get shutdown with your limit right now.

Any luck with loading mcgc with serve at Walmart?

zmicer88 Nov 10, 2019 8:12 pm

I have the same question about DG. Will try to load $499 next week with a Meta MCGC card from Safeway sale. Gonna be nerve-racking.

I know this is an old comment, but wanted to revive it......any luck with FD/DG in NYC? Not seeing any DPs on this.
